Participantstatestreetbaptist,
Thanks for reaching out! Can you send me a screenshot of the issue you’re describing? I’m not currently seeing duplicated events on your main calendar page (http://statestreetbaptist.org/events/) as you’re describing. This will help me to troubleshoot further. Thanks! ๐-Casey-

Participantcornerecho,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. You’ll need to enable Pretty Permalinks in order for the Community Add-on and the Events Calendar to function properly. Just go to your ‘WordPress Settings->Permalinks’ and choose any option besides the default, and then click ‘Save Changes.’ Even if your Permalinks aren’t set as the ‘Default,’ go ahead and click ‘Save Changes’ on this page anyway, since this can reset your permalinks.Give that a shot and let me know if you’re still having issues here. Thanks! ๐

ParticipantBlake,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, this functionality is not currently available, although this is definitely a great idea! If this is something you’d like to see in a future release, I would suggest submitting it as an idea on our UserVoice page. Our team periodically reviews the most popular ideas for possible inclusion in a future release of the plugin.I hope that helps to answer your question, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! ๐

Participantjamesdonegan,
Thanks for getting in touch! You should be able to view any Event Category archive using the following URL structure: ‘YOUR_MAIN_CALENDAR_URL/category/CATEGORY_SLUG/’ where YOUR_MAIN_CALENDAR_URL is the URL of your main events page, and CATEGORY_SLUG is the slug of the Event Category that you wish to view.Hopefully that helps to answer your question, but let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks! ๐

Participantmending,
Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, we can’t provide support for customizations such as this, but you should be able to hide the element using some CSS (display:none) and media queries to only apply those rules for mobile devices. That should get you pointed in the right direction. Thanks! ๐

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Can you reach out to your host and see what errors are being generated in your server’s error log? This will help us to investigate further. Thanks! ๐-Casey-

Participantmending,
Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, the calendar displays the current week by default, and this is not a configurable option. However, you can link to a specific week if you’d like to share certain events to users (ex: http://www.yoursite.com/events/week/2014-03-23/).Hopefully that helps to answer your question. Thanks! ๐

Participantwidhimuttaqien,
Unfortunately not without significant customizations of the plugin. You could always add an additional field with a direct URL to the Google Map, so that your users can find the location that you specify. I know that’s not ideal, but it would at least allow your users to view a map.Hope that helps! Thanks! ๐
