Is there a way to view the Google Map in the Admin area for Venues before publishing a venue to make sure that Google recognizes the address? Thanks.

I need this answered also. Maybe a custom way to point a certain map coordinates as google maps keep failing locating the addres I entered. I dont live in USA, so google map just have no clue on my countery addreses. A simple 2 textfield for exact geo map cordinates should help.

    funinjerusalem,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, this functionality isn’t currently support in the plugin. If this is something you’d like to see in a future release, I would suggest submitting it as an idea on our UserVoice page. Our team periodically reviews the most popular ideas for possible inclusion in a future release of the plugin.

Please let me know if you have further questions or if I can help further. Thanks! πŸ™‚

is there any workaround suggestion? I just need to put longitude and altitude coordinates so the map not showing to different/wrong places. Right now the venue is not usable for me.

    widhimuttaqien,
Unfortunately not without significant customizations of the plugin. You could always add an additional field with a direct URL to the Google Map, so that your users can find the location that you specify. I know that’s not ideal, but it would at least allow your users to view a map.

    Hope that helps! Thanks! πŸ™‚
