After further investigation, I discovered that this issue is due to your theme not respecting the before_widget params in the register_sidebar() declaration. This causes issues with CSS classes not getting added to the widget container, and breaking the AJAX functionality.

We’re looking at the possibility of removing this dependence on the before_widget params in a future version, but in the mean time, you’ll need to reach out to the developer of your theme to get their assistance in adding the appropriate before_widget params to add CSS classes to the widget container.

Thanks for reaching out! You don’t technically need to have a license key on each site, as long as you have one on the main site. That will give you access to support and updates. However, without a license key on the other sites you will likely need to manually download and install updates for those sites. If manually updating would be problematic for you, then you’d want to buy a larger license package.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Can you try resetting your WordPress permalinks? You can do this by going to Settings->Permalinks and clicking ‘Save Changes’. Sometimes the permalinks get “stuck” and this can help to resolve the issue.

Have you tried using several different email addresses with different domain names (ex: gmail.com, theglobalyogi.com, etc)? If not, give that a try since some webhosts can have issues when trying to send emails to the same domain as the website.
