Participantadrivisual,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. I’m noticing that you have several template overrides in your theme directory (http://lydiassunflowercenter.com/wp-content/themes/espresso/tribe-events/). Could you try renaming the ‘tribe-events’ directory to something else, in order to temporarily disable the overrides? Then let me know if the issue persists with your overrides disabled. If the issue still persists with your overrides disabled, then could you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue still persists?
Let me know what you discover after that, and we can troubleshoot further if needed. Thanks! 🙂

Participantstarfiresports,
We’ve had reports of other users having issues with the plugin while using WPEngine. Could you send me a private reply with a link to a database dump so I can test locally to see if I’m seeing the same issues? Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantRC,
I’m seeing the tickets on the link you sent: http://grab.by/wlVW Am I missing something, or did you resolve this? Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantstarfiresports,
Upon further inspection, I’m seeing several javascript errors when viewing your calendar (screenshot). Can you please try resolving those errors and let me know if that clears things up?Also, I’m still seeing an active template override directory here. Could you try renaming ‘tribe-events’ so that it temporarily disables any template overrides you’ve performed? That will help us to further troubleshoot, and eliminate possible culprits from the equation.
Thanks! 🙂

Participantleviticus,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. I’m seeing a javascript error when viewing your site in responsive mode (screenshot). Can you try temporarily disabling any template overrides you’ve performed to see if this resolves the issue? It’s possible that you have some out-of-date template files that might be causing this, or you’ve made a modification that is conflicting with what the JavaScript is expecting.Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks! 🙂

Participantfrancoye,
Thanks for getting in touch! Have you taken a look at ‘Photo’ view? It should accomplish what you’re wanting. Take a look at this screenshot to see an example. Give that a try and let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

Participantaalmon,
Thanks for getting in touch! You should be able to direct users to a specific month in your calendar by adding the date on to the end of the URL (ex: http://2014.symposium.100yss.org/events/2014-09/). Give that a try and let me know if that’s what you’re looking for. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantToby,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, there is no out-of-the-box CRM integration supported in our plugins. If this is something you’d like to see in a future release, I would suggest submitting it as an idea on our UserVoice page. Our team periodically reviews the most popular ideas for possible inclusion in a future release of the plugin. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantbananacabaret,
Thanks for reaching out! Can you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? I suspect that this is an issue with your theme, but just want to narrow it down a bit before troubleshooting further.metrex,
If your issue is the same as the above please do feel free to monitor this thread, but if you need assistance for your own specific scenario it would be great if you could create a fresh thread of your own. Thanks! Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantKristen,
The only other suggestion I might have is to try temporarily switching over to the default 2013 theme and try pasting the snippet into the 2013 functions.php file, in order to see if something in your theme is interfering with it. Unfortunately, since we’re unable to provide extended support for customizations (and I was able to test this snippet successfully in my local environment), that’s all the troubleshooting help I’m going to be able to provide here.As such, I’ll go ahead and close out this thread. However, please feel free to create a new thread if you have further questions about other issues/bugs and we’ll be glad to help. Thanks and good luck!
