Thanks for contacting us! Where would you like these styled? On which view? The single event pages?
It’s very doable, but will require some heavy customization. Look into the ‘tribe_events_event_schedule_details()’ template tag, along with the ‘tribe_events_event_schedule_details_formatting’ and ‘tribe_events_event_schedule_details’ filters. You can catch the date a string replace the format you want, I believe.
If you can offer me more details I may be able to assist you a bit more. Unfortunately that level of customization typically goes beyond the scope of the forums.
