I’m assuming there is one major underlining conflict that is causing these problems, along with the missing events in your other thread.
Please walk through that tutorial, to see if these problems persist.

(If the problems go away on a neutral system, turn on each plugin one at a time, slowly. When the problem comes back you know the source of your conflict)
Also, in the WP-Admin, at the bottom of the Events > Settings > Help tab, there will be a ‘systems settings’ box. Can you copy that and paste it into a private reply?
