    Hello jareddegnan,

    Can you try switching your theme to Twentythirteen, to see if the problem persists? If it goes away this is a conflict with your theme.

    Also, are you using any SEO plugins?

    Unfortunately, none of our ticketing plugins offer this functionality yet.

    If you have a moment, we’d love for you to submit your idea to our UserVoice forum. We take user ideas and contributions very seriously, and many times their ideas end up in our future releases.

    Hello juanfra,

    Thanks for contacting us. We do a full sweep of the forums every 24-48 hours on weekdays.

    Our plugin is just an extension of EDD, and does not offer this functionality specifically. All our plugin does is attach EDD ‘tickets’ to our events.

    If manually adding ‘purchasers’ is a function of EDD, then it should work just fine. I think however that you will have to use the premium plugin you are referring too. https://easydigitaldownloads.com/extensions/manual-purchases/

    Right now there is no way to import attendees, by CSV or any other means. (A sql import would obviously work, but you’d have to write that yourself).

    I can’t find a link to ‘App Themes’ or to ‘Fundify’, it looks to be deactivated.

    As far as I can tell, the theme you use should not matter, unless it gets in the way. As long as people are buying ‘event ticket downloads’ attached to the event, then they will show up in the attendees list.

    Otherwise, there is no simple way to get them on the attendees list.

    Does this make sense? Am I understanding this correctly? Let me know if I can explain anything else!

    Could you point out which events aren’t on the map? Do those events have venues (and do those venues have proper addresses)?

    Are you noticing a pattern with the events not on the map?

     

    when I do the search and click around, then the map appears blank, with NO events shown at all

    Can you give me more info on this part too? What is your search term and where are you clicking? Are you zooming or just panning?

    I’d love to help and I just need to be able to reproduce the issue.

    How does this code interact with the user and what is it displaying right now? It seems really close to me. I could trouble shoot a bit better if you gave more info. Typing it out might help you think about it too.

    Can you please confirm that after executing these combined steps in order, the problem still exists?

    1. Deactivate ALL plugins
    2. Change theme to TwentytwelveTwentythirteen or Twentyfourteen
    3. Activate The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar Pro
    4. Save your permalinks in WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks

    If they still don’t show, it may be a caching issue?

    When we say ‘packages’ we mean ‘different ticket types.’ So different ‘packages’ for a music concert could be

    • <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>VIP – $500</span>
    • Front Row – $100
    • General Seating – $50

    You can attach these different ticket ‘packages’ to the same event.

    Hello indrakubicek,

    This may be confusing!

    Location search is based on distance between two ‘points’ on a map, converted to lat/lon based on the address of the venue.

    If there is one event somewhere in Spain, and it doesn’t come up when they type ‘spain’ in the location search, it is because the search point for the location is outside the chosen search radius of the term ‘spain’ (in the middle of the country). Yet another event in Spain might return, if it is close to that central radius.

    Location search works really well for localized searches, by town or zip code for example. But for large areas not so much.

    You can change the search radius on the back end in the Events Settings > General tab, but that still isn’t what you are looking for (I don’t think at least).

    I see you are categorizing some events by country, and I think that is your best bet. I would use the filter bar to create a dropdown of country options, to get the results you are looking for. If the ‘location’ search is confusing for your guests, I would remove it with CSS.

    Sorry for the confusion! It looks as if your license is active, so that is not the problem.

    Is the Filterbar license entered in the Events Settings > Licenses tab? That will trigger the automatic updates.

    Otherwise you can always download your plugins at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and upload them manually.
