Importing Guests – Presales Q

I have watched the primer video for importing events from csv. Is it possible to import attendees?

I am working with Easy Digital Downloads on appthemers Fundify theme and would like to import the sales through a crowdfunding campaign directly into the events calendar. I specifically want to take advantage of the ‘check in’ feature of EDD tickets. Is it possible to immediately have orders made through fundify listed in events? They are processed through easy digital downloads. Otherwise, how do we import attendees?

Right now there is no way to import attendees, by CSV or any other means. (A sql import would obviously work, but you’d have to write that yourself).

If you have a moment, we’d love for you to submit your idea to our UserVoice forum. We take user ideas and contributions very seriously, and many times their ideas end up in our future releases.

I can’t find a link to ‘App Themes’ or to ‘Fundify’, it looks to be deactivated.

As far as I can tell, the theme you use should not matter, unless it gets in the way. As long as people are buying ‘event ticket downloads’ attached to the event, then they will show up in the attendees list.

Otherwise, there is no simple way to get them on the attendees list.

Does this make sense? Am I understanding this correctly? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
