    Hello anthony,

Thanks for contacting us. This may be a bug and I’d like to reproduce it. Here is what I understand so far.

Using the “Additional Fields” setting of Events Calendar PRO, you have a ‘Venue Room’ checkbox setting. These rooms appear in the ‘Other’ meta section on the single events page, and also in the tooltip of the month view. Since updating to 3.6, some events no longer display that information. It will show up if you resave the event, but you’d like a bulk solution so you don’t have to resave everyone.

    Does that sound about right?

Are you using a custom template to get the custom meta information? When I try to reproduce this, it doesn’t show in the tooltip. I’m not sure this is a solution that works right out of the box.

    Cheers!

    Hello petrbruha83,

I see what you’re saying. I believe your custom theme doesn’t have the appropriate html, so the js tries to find it but can’t find it on month change (I think this is right). This kills js in the browser, and then filtering won’t work after that.

Also, how are you implementing the category bar? Is that a custom implementation?

    Hello snmmuk,

    Sorry about that!

I meant ‘best course of action’. The tutorial above outlays how to use the body_class() function to add specific classes to the body tag.

We’ll work on getting the javascript error fixed, but for now you can use a body class to select that specific page and style it correctly (specifically for your formatting concerns).

    Does that make better sense?

Here is a code snippet on a similar request that should help you.

    Hello thejoshevans,

Thanks for contacting us! Venues are just another Custom Post Type so I think what you want is get_permalink().

A line like this should be what you are looking for.

    Hello snmmuk,

Thanks for contacting us. It looks like you found a bug. :/

We will work on the javascript issue and see if there is anything we can fix. Otherwise we will add a fix to a future release.

For now, for your display issues, looking into body_class() might be your best course.

Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

    Thanks for your patience!

    Hello christina,

Thanks for contacting us! Do you mean how to highlight the area with styling? You want the .tribe-events-after-html for that.

Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

    Hello Servet Cizmeli,

Thanks for contacting us! Unfortunately, we don’t yet have that feature available. Recurring (weekly) events are not yet set up in our ticketing plugins.

If they were one time use bookings, this could work. You would just need to set the appointment slots available, with one ticket available per slot.

Really though, our plugins don’t quite have the booking functionality needed for this.

If you have a moment, we’d love for you to submit your idea to our UserVoice forum. We take user ideas and contributions very seriously, and many times their ideas end up in our future releases.

Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!

    Cheers!

    Hello sudnykovych,

Thanks for contacting us! Is this the plugin you are referring to? https://wordpress.org/plugins/wishlist-auto-protect/

We can’t guarantee interoperability with any 3rd party plugin, although on popular plugins over 100,000 .org downloads we do our best to ensure compatibility.

Wishlist Member doesn’t seem very popular or well supported. Actually their whole site seems missing. I’m not sure we’ll be able to help you here. :/

If would like to share what you would like to accomplish, maybe I can recommend another plugin?

    Cheers!

    Hello Catherine,

    Thanks for contacting us!

We have 1000s of customers worldwide, including Canada! Here is a master list of our translations, including French!

Since you run the e-commerce store with WooCommerce, there are no additional 3rd party ‘fees’ for processing tickets. Every ticket you sell is yours and there is no 3rd party involved.

However, depending on the payment gateway you choose, there will be fees for processing the payment. For example Paypal and Stripe have their own fees for processing money on the web. There are no additional fees for using our plugin though.

Since our WooCommerce Tickets plugin is built on the backbone of WooCommerce, pretty much any gateway they offer can be used to purchase and event ticket, including Paypal. Our plugin merely transforms an event into a ticketable product, sellable through WooCommerce.

Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!

    Cheers!
