ParticipantHowdy Gregorio,
I would love to help you figure this out. Would you mind sharing a link to the page where you are seeing the day listed twice? From there I can investigate further.
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Krisztián,
I would love to help you with this.
Are you no longer able to add featured images from the WP Admin? Or are you no longer able to view them on the front of your website? We have been testing extensively with WP 4.4 and have yet to come across any issues with featured images.
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Tony,
We would love to help you figure this out. We need to be able to find the account first, then we can look into it and try and find some way for you to verify that its yours.
Could you email the license key(s) to support @ this website? Perhaps link to this thread as well. From there we can research the license keys to find them in our database.
Cheers!

ParticipantI have no idea why this was accidentally closed. Sorry about that. But I see your response:
The suggested fix of changing time and then back did not work.
I was afraid that might not work. In that case it is likely a theme issue. To confirm this can you try switching themes to a stock one like Twenty Fourteen? Likely you will want to try this on a staging server and not your live one. Does this issue persist? If not, try disabling any theme overrides in your theme, does that solve the issue?
If the issue continues with Twenty Fourteen, can you try a full conflict test? This guide walks you through how to test for a conflict, and then identify what is conflicting.
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Stefhan,
I would love to help you with this. I bet that this could be fixed by adding a call to wp_head() in the <head> of your document. Perhaps you will need to call wp_footer() before the closing </body> tag. Does that make the widget start working?
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Nikolaus,
I would love to help you as best I can. Typically the featured image should link to the event page. If it’s not, mind sharing a link to the page that this is happening on? If I can see it in action we can determine why it’s not behaving like I’d expect.
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Richard,
I really appreciate where you’re at. I can see how having to manually look for cancelled tickets or folks who were already checked in will be a pain.
I want be really open about where we’re at as well. We do not have a fix for this yet, and definitely will not have one in time for the weekend. Our QR scanning feature is still pretty young, and like many young features it needs some time before it will be a full fledged solution. We are keenly interested in fleshing it out, but this will take a few more months of time.
I’m sorry for the position this has put you in. Since it sounds like the QR app might not be what you’re looking for, I want to offer you a full refund if that is your preferred route. And if you want to you could check back in a few months and see if the scanner will then meet your needs.
Please do let me know if you have any followup questions. Does that answer your question?
Cheers!

ParticipantA very fair question. I would like torewrite our themer’s guide and make things like this more clear.
You have put your file here:
/wp-content/themes/pootlepress-child-theme/tribe-events/event-tickets-plus/src/views/wootickets/tickets.php
But it should be here:
/wp-content/themes/pootlepress-child-theme/tribe-events/wootickets/tickets.php
Just moving it should cause your change to become visible. 🙂 Sorry about the confusion, I can totally see why you put it in the other folder. It work now?

ParticipantIt is working on some events and not others: http://laugh-masters.com.au/event/jammercize-in-hyde-park-2/2016-01-02/
On the events that are not working there is literally no time being displayed at all in the HTML. This is no simple CSS issue anymore.
Can you try editing a nonworking event and changing the time. Does the time appear? What happens if you change it back?

ParticipantHowdy Sam,
At the moment we do not have a solution. I tried to find the cause and thus hopefully a fix, but this is proving elusive. At this point it will be up to the developer who is assigned this bug to find a fix for it, and when they do that fix will be released in a future version of our plugin.
Understandably the undetermined time frame their might not suit your goals. It is quite likely that it was a recent version of Genesis or our plugin that introduced this. If you try an older version of one or both you will likely see this go away. From there it’s just a waiting game until this conflict is patched.
I wish I had some better options for ya. 🙁 Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers!

ParticipantThanks for getting back Gunter! Unfortunately Google Maps conflicts are somewhat common due to many apps needing to embed, but WordPress does not provide a base library for us all to use. So it becomes easy for plugins to step on each others toes, and very little can be done to prevent it 🙁 . Happy you found an alternate plugin.
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Michel,
Thanks for bearing with us over the holidays. Pardon the belated response, we were out for a couple of weeks.
I just realized I gave you are using two widgets on that page. You have the minicalendar widget on top, which I gave you instructions for modify. Then below where the primary list is you are using the Advanced list widget. That’s why your changes aren’t showing!
You want to do the same steps to modify the adv list widget, only the option_name in the wp_options table is “widget_tribe-events-adv-list-widget” instead of “widget_tribe-mini-calendar”. Inside of the adv list key you will again see a serialized array. Adjust the ‘count’ key to 20 or 25 as you already have, and save the options. Then you should see your change. 🙂
Cheers!
