MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here. I can give information about customizations, but it is beyond the support I can provide to create all of a customization.
So for any customizations it is best to start with the themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/
That will show you how you can move templates to your theme to safely edit there.
It would be possible to add custom fields to an event and then modifying the template per our guide to get them to add a class to the event as possible. Events are custom post types so you could use something like Advanced Custom Fields to add custom fields if the Pro Additional Fields does not work.
There is not much more I can do to help on the customization, but if you have any follow up questions please let me know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. See my answers below.
we plan to launch an eventcalendar as a full website. The calendar should be sortable with fixed categories like dance event, music event, sport event, etc.
Just quick note we do not offer a shortcode so getting the calendar on the home page requires a high level of customization. you can use the widget on the home page, but it is not styled the same as the main calendar.
By default we do have Category views for all the categories you create for events.
For website visitors it should be possible to subscribe to one or more of these categories.
We do not have a subscription feature built in. People can get events using the Google Calendar or iCal Exporter or subscribe to the rss feed.
Additional we want to have registered users, that add their own event (without the possibility of changing other content or the design of
This is possible with the Community Events Add On only.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi
Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.
Unfortunately, there is no built in feature to charge different prices of tickets based on if they are a member or not.
There is a way to customize that, but would involve some coding and we can help answer some questions about it, it would be beyond the support we can provide to help out for the most part on that customization.
We try to make our plugins as compatible as possible so you have many to choose from, but we cannot recommend any themes.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHello,
You are talking about an invoice for the purchases you made here on tri.be?
Did you get an email receipt? Does that not work?
If login on tri.be and go here:
Account Central > Order History
Then click on your order number there is that not useable as a invoice?
If not you can email us your receipt number at pro(at)tri.be and we maybe to help there.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issue with the timezone.
Can you please check the timezone in your WordPress installation.
It is on this page:
Settings > General
Is that set to the same timezone the event is in?
Let me know and we can go from there to resolve this.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThat is strange, glad it is working at least part way. Does your site’s email use your own email? Sometimes an email service may not deliver an email that looks like it is coming from itself.
There is no way to preview a ticket unfortunately. There are only shown in the ticket email.
Also I saw you posted in another topic and a responded there, but let me know if you would like help on that.
If a ticket is not showing in an event please verify the ticket on sale dates first and then we can go from there to troubleshoot this.
Thanks

Membersaha,
Thanks for posting here with your issue. It is recommended that you create your own topic when having issues as we can better help you one on one and every time we post here it pings careerjunction.
Having said that please refer to the New User Primer for WooCommerce to verify the setup is correct:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/
Then if you are still having issues please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
And see if that helps narrow down the issue.
saha please post what you find out if you would like more assistance in a new topic and reference this one. If you post here though that is fine too.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHey sorry for the issues you are having.
I see the events showing on the list view and then the one not on the map view.
Can you download this plugin called Event Rocket:
It is an unofficial Add On for the Events Calendar built by our developers.
I would like you to add that because it shows the coordinates for a venue on the Venue Edit Page.
So can you please download and activate that plugin. Then go to:
Events > Venues
And find the two venues that are showing in the list view and let me know what the coordinates are for each venue.
Let me know about that and we can go from there.
Thanks
Brian
MemberSo no emails are working with when a ticket is in the order?
If that is the case it looks like a conflict is happening.
Can you try our testing for conflicts guide and see if that helps find the issue:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks
November 25, 2014 at 6:26 pm in reply to: Issue with import organization events , both by org id and event id #898800Brian
MemberHi, the events or even pages appear public as Facebook is checking if your profile is of age to view it. It is possible for Facebook to place an age restriction on an entire page (usually alcohol related). The lack of a vanity url does not matter as it is using the username to find the id of the page or organization to get the events.
Let me know if you have any more questions about this.
Thanks

MemberGreat, glad it helps.
I will try to remember that about the CSS.
Let me know if you have anything else related to this otherwise I will close this ticket out.
Thanks

MemberGreat, glad it helps, I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need any other on something else please post a new ticket.
Thanks!
Brian
MemberOk no worries.
I actually have the Divi theme.
Just tested on that theme and it did not show the tickets section on the single events page either. So it may not be the cause on your site, however, it could still be.
Since your site is live the best course of action maybe to clone it to a sub domain to troubleshoot this. Once you have a clone of the site you can follow our Testing For Conflicts Guide and see if that finds the issue.
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberGreat, glad it helps, there will be a fix inside the plugin itself when we release the next version in a couple weeks.
I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need any other on something else please post a new ticket.
Thanks!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
It is possible it could be a plugin conflict. Lets start by verifying the steps taken on the orders and then if that is working correctly I can have you try to test for conflicts.
The ticket emails are not sent until an order is marked complete in WooCommerce.
Can you verify that you have change the order status of an order with tickets to completed and the emails are still not sending.
Let me know and we can go from there to troubleshoot this.
Thanks
