ParticipantMy question is in relation to Order Emails and Ticket emails. We have been running Woocommerce for a while and just recently added Tickets. Our other orders are running fine and all emails are going out totally fine but add a ticket to your order or buy a ticket by itself and no emails are being generated to the customer. Admin receives an order but nothing to the client. Even though Woocommerce is still running properly – could this still be a plugin conflict?

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
It is possible it could be a plugin conflict. Lets start by verifying the steps taken on the orders and then if that is working correctly I can have you try to test for conflicts.
The ticket emails are not sent until an order is marked complete in WooCommerce.
Can you verify that you have change the order status of an order with tickets to completed and the emails are still not sending.
Let me know and we can go from there to troubleshoot this.
Thanks

ParticipantThe new order email does not go out to the client when the order is placed (although the admin email is ok) and then when marked complete nothing happens. I have tried resending both the new order, completed order and tickets and get the admin order notifications but no client emails.

MemberSo no emails are working with when a ticket is in the order?
If that is the case it looks like a conflict is happening.
Can you try our testing for conflicts guide and see if that helps find the issue:

Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks

ParticipantThanks Brian for your help with this – it’s very strange. I had a friend do a test using a completely different computer and email and it all worked! It still won’t email to me and I cannot work out why! There’s nothing in my spam or anything. I’m going to have to look further. By the way, now that I have finally seen my ticket, is there any way to preview the ticket? Thanks so much for your help.

MemberThat is strange, glad it is working at least part way. Does your site’s email use your own email? Sometimes an email service may not deliver an email that looks like it is coming from itself.
There is no way to preview a ticket unfortunately. There are only shown in the ticket email.
Also I saw you posted in another topic and a responded there, but let me know if you would like help on that.
If a ticket is not showing in an event please verify the ticket on sale dates first and then we can go from there to troubleshoot this.
Thanks

ParticipantThanks Brian – still not sure why my email isn’t working but everyone else’s seems to be and that’s the main thing! Thank you!

MemberOk thanks for the information and glad it is working for everyone else on your site. I am going to close this ticket as there is nothing more we can do on this. However, if you find out something new please come back here and post a new ticket and reference this one and we can help out using the new information.
Thanks
