MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in Pro.
Not sure what is going on with the widget. It could be a theme conflict. We try to help out with those, but we might not be able to provide a solution to you.
It is hard to say what is going on so if you provide a link I will take a quick look and let you know what I think.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk glad you took a step in the right direction to fix this.
It looks like you have the latest version of the Events Calender, but Pro is on the last version.
Do you have your license entered for Pro here:
Events > Settings > License Tab
Then you can auto update Pro to 3.8.1.
If not you can always download the latest copy from tri.be in your account.
Then go back to WordPress and deactivate and delete Pro and then upload the new version you downloaded from Tri.be.
Let me know if you have trouble with this.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. The upgrade price is $45.00 more for the Business License.
If you go to your account here on Tri.be and head to the license page you can upgrade the license right there at that rate.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Tim,
Thanks for the interest in our Ticketing Add Ons for the Events Calendar. All four plugins have similar features, none have one feature that another one does not. When deciding on which one to use I recommend it based on what eCommerce Plugin you prefer to use.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I took at look at your site and it looks like your theme is setting the archive pages to only show an excerpt and not the full content. I have seen this on Genesis, but I have not sure how to fix it in your theme Canvas. Are you able to look in Canvas theme settings and see what the Archive Page settings are? The Events Calendar is considered an archive page according to WordPress.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in the Events Calender Pro. We do have Event Categories and those do accept sub categories. So you can set it up with all 50 states and add sub categories to them. Does that work for you?
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi sorry for frustration you are having with this.
It looks like the files are corrupted. The events should still be fine in the database.
Are you able to go in through ftp or your cPanel file manager and delete just this directory:
/home/content/54/9668354/html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Once deleted you should be able to reload the Events Calendar again and everything should come back to normal.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks

MemberHi, I can help point you in the right direction on this.
For customizations I would reference our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/
That will show you how to move files to your theme to edit.
You can look for the Photo Views starting with this file to move:
/events-calendar-pro/views/pro/photo.php
Then look in the photo directory for the other files.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberSince you marked this resolved I am going to close this ticket. If that was a mistake please just create a new ticket and we can help you there.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI took a look at your site and it maybe another css from the theme causing the issue.
See if this css will work:
#content-area .tribe_mini_calendar_widget table td {
padding: 0;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks
Brian
MemberSorry not much I can suggest here since the theme has it’s built in mobile system. If it is possible you could try shutting down the mobile there just for the Events Calendar Pages, but that coding would have to come from the theme developer.
That is about the only way short of doing some major coding to get around this feature of the theme.
Brian
MemberHi glad you have figured out part of it.
There is no feature to set a single country in the Events Calendar. You can customize the field if you like, by removing it and then replacing it with your own field that just has Taiwan in it. If you name the field the name as the current field that should work, but may take some testing on your part to get right.
Brian
MemberGlad those two items helped.
For customizations on moving parts of the theme around please take a look at our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/
That will show you how to move and then edit the templates in your theme for the Events Calendar.
Once you have them moved over you can change the order of fields the way you would like them.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk so when an order was manually completed the tickets did not show. But when a bulk edit to complete the order was done the tickets did show? Let me know so I can try some tests on this to figure out the issue and see if we found a bug.
Thanks Again
Brian
MemberGlad it is showing up. What is the issue in mobile view? Does it not show? The buttons not work?
Do you have a link and I can check it out.
Thanks
