    Thank you for creating a new ticket.

    So the reason why it was not working is that was for the photo view first and then the list view.

    Each view of the Events Calendar has a different template.

    For the single view please use the following css:

    .single-tribe_events #tribe-events-content #tribe-events-header {
    display:none;
    }

    Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.

    Let me know if that helps.

    If that does not work, please a direct link to the page you are trying to edit so we can be on the same page 🙂

    Thanks

    As Fabiano has created a new ticket and fuzzllc has not posted in over two weeks I am closing out this ticket, but if you have any other issues related to this or something new, please create a new one.

    Thanks

    We have looked into this more and found a bug where a function checks for the Event List Widget and when it does not find it it exits the script, which causes the issues you are having.

    We are going to work to have a fix in the next release and I will post some coding here as soon as we have something that can fix the issue.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I can help you out here.

    It is hard to say why it shows in one site and not in another without seeing both sites.

    When you are on the event editor page when you check the screen options in the upper right corner is there a excerpt field in the list and is it checked?

    Let me know and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    We have the widgets to try and display information.

    If that does not work we do not have a shortcode, but we are looking to add them.

    In the mean time you could try out the Event Rocket.

    Event Rocket

    It is an unofficial plugin that some of our developers work on and has a list view shortcode that might help.

    The other option is to create a custom query using the event custom post type.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    So all our Ticking Plugins have similar features so there is no difference for the most part beyond how they interact with the related eCommerce plugin.

    WooCommerce also supports creating multiple tickets per event.

    You can see a demo here with an event with 3 different tickets:

    http://wpshindig.com/event/the-events-calendar-wootickets-wordpress-demo/

    However, there is no global stock so all 3 have their own inventory.

    There is no workaround to add another date and time for an event.

    You could put the date and time in the ticket name so people know what it is for.

    That is an interesting idea that BuddyPress plus TEC would be a Meetup.com.

    I asked around and could not find a site that uses both or at least informed us they have used both.

    We try to add new features to our plugins based off Uservoice votes.

    We currently do not have BuddyPress integration in our internal roadmap.

    I cannot provide any more information then that on our development schedule.

    If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Ok I am not sure if we are on the same page here.

    Can you please create a new ticket with a link to the page you are trying to change and reference this post so we can better help you.

    I am also asking to create a new ticket because every time we post here it is email the author of the ticket and your issue is not related to what he was trying to do.

    Thanks

    Unfortunately, we are limited in the support we can provide with customizations, I can try to point you in the right direction on these.

    To make modifications to the Photo View or the Countdown Widget you can follow our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

    As for the files to edit for Pro the files you can move and edit are in this directory:

    events-calendar-pro\views\pro\

    We do not have a way to add a custom link to a post, but you might try adding a custom field to the single event edit and then in the themplates change the link to that custom field.

    WordPress has a bunch of stuff on custom fields here:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Fields

    And you could look to use a plugin like Advanced Custom Fields to do much of the heavy coding.

    Home

    That is about all we have for this, might be able to answer another question, but for the most part you will have to take it from here.

    Thanks

    That comment wont work as the php ignores it.

    Try this instead:

    <?php //tribe_get_template_part( ‘list/nav’, ‘header’ ); ?>

    Put the double // before tribe_get_template_part to comment out the function.

    And yep we try to have everyone post in their own ticket so we can give you our full attention.

    Ok cool,that is where I was putting it, so I was puzzled why it did not work for you. Good to know the location makes a difference.

    Glad it is working now.

    Since this is resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you have any questions related to this or something new, please create a new ticket for us to help you out 🙂

    Hi, Kristen,

    We offer a refund within the first 30 days of purchase. So if you would find out in that time it is not going to work out. You can email us at [email protected] with your refund request and the order number and we can take care of it then.

    Thanks
