    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

We do not have any features to push events to other services besides the iCal and Google Calendar Exports that users can use.

It is something we maybe interested in adding, services like Facebook do not have an API to create events on their site so it is not even possible until that changes.

If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having you are getting closer.

    Try:

    tribe_get_custom_fields();

    https://theeventscalendar.com/function/tribe_get_custom_fields/

Let me know if that works.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

Unfortunately, it is not one of our features to display to calendars next to each for 2 months.

It could be possible to achieve, but would take some advanced coding to do and we are unable to provide support on customizations.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for purchasing our plugins. I am not exactly sure what you are trying to do….

Are you creating an additional field and then you want to put a link in it to download something, but are moving sites so you do not want to include the domain?

It might work that way, there is nothing we can really offer to help out either way.

I think it could work, but really on doing a trial would confirm if it does.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for purchasing the EventBrite Tickets. I can help answer your questions.

The EventBrite API does not support recurring Events so we are unable to import them even with the Events Calendar Pro.

Also, we hold multi-week courses on Wednesdays, for instance, in which we would not want people registering separately for each day the event is listed in the calendar, but rather for the whole course. How can we set this up?

We do not have a feature to do this directly, but you could setup the first event and put the registration through Eventbrite on that. Then create the remaining days of the course, but not include any registration on it. With the Events Calendar Pro you could create the first event with an Event Brite and then create a recurring event for the remaining days. However, in both scenarios there is no feature to tie all the events together you would have to just put information in the Event Content Area.

And we do not have a feature to redirect events, although using a plugin that does redirection should be able to do it.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for purchasing WooCommerce Tickets I can help out here.

To make edits to the List View you can follow our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

To move and edit templates to your theme for safe editing.

This is the template that controls the view of the Single Event in the list view:

    the-events-calendar\views\list\single-event.php

You can follow the guide to move that to your theme to edit.

    Ticket Range

Right now the Prices do not show a range, we do not have coding to display a range yet, but it is something we are working on adding.

I can provide some css to hide the cost of that is an issue.

Let me know and we can go from here.

    Thanks

Ok, what is all that coding in the After Events HTML?

Does removing that help the issue? It can be removed on this page:

Events > Settings > Display Tab > “Add HTML after event content”

And can you verify changing themes to something like Twenty Thirteen did not help the issue? Even when on that theme changing the Event Template?

    Thanks

    Hi

    Thanks for using our plugins.

The Facebook Importer or any of our plugins have a feature to post events to a Facebook Page.

There maybe a plugin out there you can use to share an event on Facebook, just like any other content on a WordPress site.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our Plugin. Not sure exactly what you are looking for, the plugin requires WordPress to use as it is a plugin for it.

    Hi,

Thanks for the Interest in Pro.

This is what you usually say about multisite licenses:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/buying-licenses-for-multisites/

And in your case I think a personal license would still work for you.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.

When you visit the Event with the tickets in the admin and you click to edit an event what is the Start Sale and End Sale Dates?

It looks something like this in the Ticket Edit Area:

    woocommerce-tickets-onsale

Let me know about that and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

The Products that are created by the ticket plugin actually go directly to the Event they were created in. They do not have a single view for the product so no need to index or to add SEO to them, that is all done through the Event.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Thanks for the praise, we think it is a good little plugin for what it does. We are working to release more advanced features for it that will maybe turn some of those naysayers around 🙂

Try using this css to hide the All Events link:

    #tribe-events-content .tribe-events-back {
    display:none;
    }

Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.

Let me know if that helps.
