    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    I see you are using the Divi theme.

    It sound like you have your theme settings for archive pages to only show 5 items.

    Please change that to 10 items or whatever you have the list view set to and that should resolve the issue.

    It is under General Settings > Numbers of Posts displayed on Archive pages.

    Let me know if that works for you.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our ticketing products. See my responses below:

    1. Multi-currency ticket pricing, meaning each event depending on which city they are on will have a different currency (the price should reflect that currency even on the shopping cart)

    If WooCommerce or another eCommerce solution supports this it might work, but we do not have any direct features for it.

    2. Purchaser can buy tickets for other people , meaning he/she will input the name, email of the guest before they purchase

    This is not yet a feature we have although it is in development, but I do not have a timeline when it might be out.

    3. The purchaser would receive an email with a QR code that can be scanned at the day of the event

    Same as my response for #2

    4. The purchaser and the Guest (the additional ticket he bought) will be tagged differently on infusionsoft so that we can send them different emails

    We do not have any features to connect to infusionsoft.

    5. Is it possible for people to purchase by just clicking a button and it takes them to the registration form instead of having to enter a quantity of ticket first?

    Youmight be able to modify the ticket form, but out of the box it does not work this way.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi Again,

    Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.

    The tickets have to be setup per event and you go through the checkout process to get a ticket.

    It could be used as a RSVP system, but would take some changes to do that like prevent ticketing emails from being sent.

    There is the Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has a basic RSVP system in it.

    Event Rocket

    That might be closer to what you are looking for.

    I am not sure about your 2nd question though, however, the tickets display on the single event template like this:

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the link.

    It looks like your theme also loads jQuery UI style and that is causing the overlap.

    I used this css to improve it.

    .tribe_community_edit .ui-datepicker td span, .tribe_community_edit .ui-datepicker td a {
    height: 23px;
    width: 21px;
    }

    Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.

    That may get you close to what you are looking for, but I am limited in provide much more css for a theme conflict.

    Cheers

    Ok glad there is at least a temporary solution.

    I loaded up the Ultimate Member Plugin and switched to German in my site.

    These two links still worked:

    mysite.com/events/community/hinzufuegen
    mysite.com/events/community/liste

    Are those the correct links for you? and did they work?

    I was able to change community to another slug and it worked.

    Also, these two links under the text box did not change for the translation. They always showed as add or list when I was in German.

    mysite.com/events/community/add
    mysite.com/events/community/list

    However, the community slug would change.

    Even though those two links looked like that in the admin these links always worked:

    mysite.com/events/community/hinzufuegen
    mysite.com/events/community/liste

    Even with that Ultimate Member Plugin Active.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    Can you take a look at this setting:

    Events > Settings > Display Tab > Date Format Settings > Datepicker Date Format

    If that is not set to 01/15/2015 please change it to that and see if that helps.

    Let me know and we can go from here.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    Do you have a link to the Community Events Page so I can take a look?

    It is hard to tell without seeing it what the issue is.

    Thanks
