MemberThanks for the email.
I believe I found the issue and created a patched version to help this:
Please follow these steps to change the plugin:
You will have to resend the ticket emails, which you can do from the WooCommerce Order Actions for the QR link to be correct.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales & translation forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/
Thanks again!

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I have given you access to older versions of the plugin now.
You should now see them in your account here on theeventscalendar.com
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
You only need Event Tickets Plus to sell tickets. Event Tickets Plus includes the other 4 ticketing plugins in it.
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
And here is our guide to getting everything setup:

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberI looked back at your checkin urls and our coding and see your ticket ID is RVBT-12
However, that is suppose to be a number and our sanitization of that value is what is turning it to 0
Can you please forward a copy of your ticket email to support(at)theeventscalendar.com
And put a link to reference this thread.
I would like to see what information is included there.
Thanks

MemberHi,
You do not need the license for the plugin to work.
But the license is good for one install only.
You can manually update the development site if you like:
For all the details on the license please read these articles:

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
We do not have an archive feature for events.
Past Events are visible in the Event Views of List, Month, Day, etc
You can check that out in the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Beyond that we do not have any archiving feature for events.
Cheers

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I did not see an attached error message. Can you please resend it.
We have also not gotten any other reports of this so not sure what is causing the conflict on your site.
What is your host for the site?
