MemberAgreed, a booking plugin might provide the capabilities our tickets plugins cannot do right now.

MemberI found this css moves the minus sign over:
.tribe-events-tickets .quantity .minus {
left: 108px;
}That will help show the number at least.
Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
