ParticipantHi, comhlamh. This is a great question!
It looks like what you’re seeing is that this event is sandwiched between two events with very long titles. As a result, they’re running together in the next and previous links.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantNot a problem, Charlene! 🙂
We will leave this thread open for now. Please note that we close all threads after 2 weeks of inactivity – so if we haven’t heard back within 2 weeks from today we will be closing this thread.
It’s worth noting that we cannot provide customization work or integration efforts with individual themes. If the theme developers come back with any specific questions regarding our codebase, or if they see anything in the code that we’re doing that runs counter to WordPress best practices, we’d be happy to answer any questions.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, Charlene. It looks like enollo has given you a terrific and thorough answer to your question. (Thanks, again, Tamara!)
Is there anything else we can help you with before I close the thread?

ParticipantHi, thedesigngym. Since we haven’t heard from you in a couple of weeks, I’m guessing that did the trick.
If you’d like to pursue this in the future, please start a new thread. Thanks!

ParticipantThank you so much for your kind words, Chris. 🙂 That is awfully kind of you.
As far as translations go, we’ve just started up a brand new forum to discuss them. Would you mind posting your comments over there: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/contribute/translation/ We’re always eager for help with them.
Thanks for being part of the TEC community!

ParticipantHi, happeningsmedia. I apologize for the issues posting your sysinfo. The posts were getting trapped in our system. I really appreciate you bringing it to my attention!
You surmise about the Calendar is likely correct. URL/events/ is neither a post or a page, but rather a sort of virtual page with the events being custom post types.
You are definitely not the first to have issues with wanting to create breadcrumbs in line with the events. If you search through the forums, you’re likely to find several suggestions for ways to make them work.

ParticipantHi, clugo633. I’m glad to hear you found a solution. Thanks for letting us know!

ParticipantHi, renegadeartglass. Thanks for all the info. That’s very helpful.
Since it appears that various resources are 404ing, I wonder if that might be due to the ‘Wordfence’ security plugin or another plugin conflict. Have you tried deactivating all your plugins and then activating them one-by-one, starting with The Events Calendar and then, Events Calendar PRO?
Also, it’s worth noting that we’re on the cusp of releasing the next maintenance update for our plugins. It could be that something changes in it to resolve your issues.
Otherwise, if it appears that it’s a theme conflict, your best bet is to get in touch directly with that developer and ask if they have any ideas.
Hope that all helps!
