ParticipantHi, kardiadesignstudio and antoniahayes. I have heard back from our developers. Unfortunately, they don’t see anything obvious that would lead to this behavior.
It looks like to dig further we’ll need to ask you to send us a copy of your Theme’s files. Assuming you’re OK with that, please send a private reply to this thread with a link where we can download them. Once that’s complete, we’ll crack the hood and see if we can figure out what’s making mischief.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, e4healthwi. I’m sorry you’ve run into this particular problem.
This miasma is a known bug that will be fixed in our upcoming maintenance release. Until then, please use this snippet to resolve the issue: https://theeventscalendar.com/recurring-events-dialog-fix/

ParticipantHi, inproma. It sounds like you’re well on your way here.
If you can wait, I’d recommend you hold off on further testing until our upcoming maintenance release, due out in a matter of days at this point. That may make things easier on you.
For future reference, we’ve had good luck using PasteBin for code snippets. Really, any service like that is going to be your best bet.

ParticipantHi, Alex. I’ve responded to you in another of your threads, so I’m going to close this one.
Thanks for trying out WooCommerce Tickets. I’m sorry that it isn’t what you’re looking for at present.
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Alex. I totally understand.
We know WPML is a widely used plugin, so naturally, once we shift over towards working out plugin integrations, it will be a high priority for us. We’ve actually had conversations directly with them in the past and intend to follow up as soon as we have the bandwidth to do so.
Based on this and the other threads that you have open here, it sounds like the feature set of WooCommerce Tickets at the moment isn’t in line with what you’re seeking. We’d like to offer you a refund since it’s clear the translation issue will be a showstopper for you.
Please contact pro /a/ tri.be referencing this thread and including a copy of your receipt.
I’m truly sorry that I can’t offer you a solution at present. Hopefully, it’s something that will be available for you in the future, if you’d like to revisit it.
Kelly
ParticipantThat’s all correct, e4healthwi. Thanks for being so proactive about checking!

ParticipantFantastic news, Alex! Thanks for letting us know.
This is a known issue that will be fixed in an upcoming release. So, if you’re looking to get your events back in the blog loop, that should be possible again before too long.
Let me know after you’ve confirmed the fix, and I’ll close the thread.

ParticipantHi, rowandaylor. Thanks for getting in touch and providing a screenshot. That’s super helpful.
From the looks of it, you’re seeing a ticket that is in the process of being purchased. This could happen for any number of reasons including an abandoned shopping cart or an order that needs to be manually confirmed. Your best bet is to check out your orders in WooCommerce for more details. You should be able to find it there.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantHi, antoniahayes. I really apologize for the delay in responding.
I did some poking around and I don’t see anything immediately amiss, so this may take further digging. It’s interesting to me that you and kardiadesignstudio are having the same issue, even though you appear to have different themes. I’m wondering if something else might be at play here.
I’m going to talk with our dev group tomorrow to see if I can get some of their time to help you out. Thanks for your patience while we work to get to the bottom of this for you!
