I have been made aware that WooTickets does not work nicely with WPML.
I need my site to be bilingual (English and French).
Please advise what plugin works well with The Events Calendar and WooTickets.
    Thank you,
    Alex

Hello, again, Alex. Thanks for getting in touch with all your questions and keeping them in separate threads. We really appreciate that.

Unfortunately, we have heard from many users who have issues with both WPML and qTranslate, and for many plugins beyond ours. I don’t know of another plugin that would offer your visitors a similar experience.

If you do find a similar plugin that seems more stable, we’d be very eager to hear about it.

    Hi Kelly,
Multilingual is an absolute must. We service English and French people and the site must be 100% in both languages.
I find that WPML is more complete. I know that they are willing to work with plugin makers.
I will do more testing in hopes to keep the WooTickets now that the other bug(s) have been fixed.
    Thank you,
    Alex

    Hi, Alex. I totally understand.

We know WPML is a widely used plugin, so naturally, once we shift over towards working out plugin integrations, it will be a high priority for us. We’ve actually had conversations directly with them in the past and intend to follow up as soon as we have the bandwidth to do so.

Based on this and the other threads that you have open here, it sounds like the feature set of WooCommerce Tickets at the moment isn’t in line with what you’re seeking. We’d like to offer you a refund since it’s clear the translation issue will be a showstopper for you.

Please contact pro /a/ tri.be referencing this thread and including a copy of your receipt.

I’m truly sorry that I can’t offer you a solution at present. Hopefully, it’s something that will be available for you in the future, if you’d like to revisit it.
