MemberHi Mike,
Theoretically there should be no problem – we certainly don’t see many reports of incompatibility with WooCommerce add-ons – so all I can suggest is giving it a whirl 🙂
Barry
MemberPlease try logging in to your dashboard and then visit Settings > Permalinks – you don’t need to change or save anything, just visiting this page “flushes” the permalink rules and might just help here.
However, the problem may be deeper than that.
A number of users have reported difficulties when working with Gantry themes (such as your theme) and while we hope to be able to set aside some time to investigate this – and if appropriate develop a tutorial or series of tutorials to guide people through any changes they need to make to allow both to work in sweet harmony – right now there is, regrettably, not a lot we can do to help here.
Have you approached the RocketTheme team and asked if they have any input on this?
Barry
MemberHi Wojciech,
I’m not sure if you can safely remove it – and we don’t generally recommend changing core code – but you could certainly experiment by commenting it out (adding double slashes // to the start of the line).
I’ll check in with the dev team on this one to confirm if any changes might be happening here for a future version.
Thanks!

MemberHi! Again, it seems accessible to me, but as per my last reply I am required to login (rather than being allowed to see the form straight away): http://d.pr/i/OKq
You mentioned that you had already allowed anonymous submissions – http://d.pr/i/18hR – so is this indeed the same thing you are experiencing or are you seeing something quite different?
Barry
MemberDoes that answer your questions Bradley?

MemberIf I visit http://realgoodssolar.com/events/2038-01-14/ it reports “No events scheduled” … are you seeing these “ghost events” within the list of events in the admin environment, or do you otherwise have any further information on how SEOmoz is finding these links?
Barry
MemberIs it possible any changes to the default slugs have reverted to defaults? Though I can’t see the form itself (because I’m required to login) it seems it should load at:
http://festivalofpsalms.com/events/community/add
And similarly the main events calendar is accessible at
http://festivalofpsalms.com/events/
(Rather than /performances/)

MemberIf you look in magazine-premium_uqn/style.css around line 214 you can probably see this rule:
#tribe-events-event-meta dt.event-label { float: none; }That would seem to be the problem here. Can you remove/set to float: left and see if that helps?
Barry
MemberI’m not sure – with your theme of choice activated do you see anything in the server/PHP error logs (please check with your host if you are unsure as to how these are accessed) that may be relevant?
Barry
MemberHmm, not sure there is an obvious solution here – can you confirm you also tried with all other plugins (besides The Events Calendar and Community Events) deactivated, as well as switching to a default theme such as Twenty Eleven/Twelve?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberThat’s good. Let us know if this crops up again (just create a new thread).
If you want to dig in further it could be worth double checking that your server, PHP and MySQL date/time settings are all correct and in-synch (in addition to the basic troubleshooting steps listed above), however beyond that I’m afraid I can’t offer any suggestions as to why this happened.

MemberGreat that you found a fix for the IIS/permalink issues – and thank you for posting it here as others may benefit from that also.
Regarding the other issues if you don’t have any success please do create new threads as needed and if possible we will try to help you out with those, too.
Barry
MemberI think that may stem at least in part from this rule in your magazine-premium stylesheet:
.post .author, .hentry .author { float: left; }Perhaps you could add (after that rule or simply at the bottom of the stylesheet) something like this:
#tribe-events-event-meta dt.event-label { float: none; }Does that help at all?
Barry
MemberNot at all – happy to help 😀
Since I think we’re all sorted here I’ll go ahead and close this thread, of course feel free to create new ones as and when required.
Thanks!
