MemberSounds like everyone is mostly sorted here … @Aine: do you need any further assistance here?

MemberHi Mamdouh,
Sadly Jonah has departed for pastures new – but I’ll be happy to try and help if I can in his stead.
Have you set up a stylesheet override by creating a file called tribe-events.css and placing it in YOUR_THEME/tribe-events/ (see our themer’s guide for complete details)?
I didn’t see that in place when I visited your site – but it might offer a better way to enforce your own rules.

MemberHi jadonulrich,
Here’s what I see when I follow that URL – can you highlight the start and end lines for some examples of the duplicated content?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi!
I noticed with the update I am no long able to copy the description of an event.
Can you clarify what you mean here? If I visit an event as a normal visitor to a website might I am able to copy the text without any problems.
Is it possible your theme or something else is impeding the process/are you using Cufon Fonts or anything of that order (not all browsers work quite as nicely with those as they might otherwise)?

MemberHi vivacreatv,
Just to note that Rob (our Head of Quality) and Jessica (part of our Dev Team) are aware of this and I believe you have been in contact with one or both – so I’ll go ahead and close this thread since there isn’t to much more we can do for you here on a support level.
Thanks for making the request, though π

MemberHi onelittlemoose: just to be clear – all you want under “Venue” is the city (or town) and nothing else?
Barry
MemberI don’t see a plugin of that name over at the WP plugin directory … can you link to it’s homepage?
Barry
MemberHi accessrose, I’m just going to move this to our Facebook Events forum so you can get advice from our Facebook expert π

MemberHi Andreas,
But I canβt find the mentioned file table.php.
As snorton said that template has gone, so you were probably viewing a thread that related to a previous edition of the plugin (thanks snorton!).
It’s also the case that the forum software doesn’t handle code in an intuitive manner – definitely share what you’ve done with a link to the code on Pastebin or Gist, though π

MemberHi John,
I can’t seem to view your site right now (perhaps you need to be logged in to view it while it’s under development) so it’s hard to say.
I do note that you checked this out with a default theme and no other plugins running – did the problem persist under those conditions / were you able to isolate a plugin (or even your theme) as causing a conflict here?

MemberHi Rowan,
You guys have been amazing with the support so far, keep it up!
Thanks for the feedback first of all – great to hear – and at the same time apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We’re experiencing a high volume of support requests and that is, unfortunately, having a knock on effect in terms of how quickly we can reply.
But is there a way to set a limit on an Event. For example, I have an event that contains 3 types of tickets β with a limit of only 20 people, regardless of what types of ticket they purchased.
I’m guessing this is in relation to WooCommerce Tickets (“WooTickets”)?
If so it is definitely something a number of users have requested and we are seriously considering it – I can only recommend at this time you add your voice here:

The more support we see for this, the greater the chance of seeing it realized π

MemberHi Andy,
Jonah has unfortunately departed for pastures new, but let’s have a think about further troubleshooting for this issue.
Are you positive it is related to your theme – have you tried keeping your theme (Max Mag) active and deactivating other plugins (besides those by Modern Tribe, of course)?
This would be worth investigating first of all.

MemberHi jadonulrich,
Apologies for the delay – we’ve had far more support requests than are normal in recent weeks and regrettably this has meant that we haven’t been able to get replies out with our normal speed.
This definitely looks like a bug to me, however, and I will log it as such so that the dev team can address it soonest.
