KeymasterHi Olle,
Thank you for the ping.
I have checked what is happening and yes, this functionality has been removed from the plugin for various reasons.
It looks like however that we might develop an extension to provide this functionality. I cannot say when that is going to happen exactly at the moment.
If you can ping me in another 2 weeks or so I should have more information.
Have a great weekend!
Cheers,

KeymasterYou’re welcome Dan!
Is there anything else I can help you with before we close this as resolved?
Have a great weekend!

KeymasterLorraine, thank you very much for getting back to me on this.
I’m again very sorry that this bug came back. I already ticketed it and our developers will fix it. Until then rolling back to the previous versions of TEC and PRO should work.
Thank you as well for the details on the license issue. Please give me a day or two to look into this and see what I can do to make this less painful. I will get back to you on this early next week. I kindly thank for your patience!
Wishing you a great weekend!

KeymasterThanks for sharing those as well, Gesine!
My test imports are still working well, my test multi-day event didn’t move yet.
Frankreich-Austausch (PMG in Colmar) missing completely
When you try a manual import starting Jan 1, then can you get the ‘Frankreich-Austausch’ event imported? Does it show up in the preview and does it get imported?
If not, then it might have been imported before and has been put on the ignored list.
I know this is not a solution for the future, rather a solution to get it in the calendar now.
“Weihnachtsferien” (2017-12-22 โ 2018-01-13 on the website calendar which is 7 days longer than in gCal
I checked and this is actually 2 separate events in your calendar. One from Dez 22 to Jan 5 and another from Dez 30 to Jan 13.
- https://gymnasium-meine.de/kalender/weihnachtsferien-2/
So it looks like it has been imported twice, with different dates.
Was there anything changed for these events in gCal between imports?
Could you send me a full database dump of your site? That should contain information on when these events were imported. Then I might be able to check what happened during the import.
Schรถnes Wochenende!

KeymasterHi JT,
That is a helluva question. ๐
Please note that usually we do not provide support for customizations. I still managed to take a quick look at it and have something that might work.
This CSS snippet is for the month view. Something similar could be done for the week view as well I guess.
.tribe-events-month .tribe-events-calendar td:nth-child(7)::after { content: "Closed"; text-align: center !important; display: block; } .tribe-events-month .tribe-events-calendar td:nth-child(7) { background-color: red !important; }You can of course adjust the color and the text based on your needs.
Let me know if this does the trick.

KeymasterHi David,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
That’s a great question! I can help you with this one.
On every calendar or event page you should see a button for exporting the calendar. Check this screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cweEiCaJdsD
You can right click on that button and select ‘Copy link location’ (or similar) and that will give you a url with an ics feed for that view.
You can also use this snippet, which will then allow you to have an ics feed for the whole year:
https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/158de8d396cd8c6b58e149175bba995c
Copy it into your child theme’s function.php file and you should be ready to go. Instructions are at the top of the file.
Let me know if this does the trick.

KeymasterHello Dawn,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
Let me try to help you with this one.
When you open the WooCommerce product of the ticket for editing, then in the publish box you can set the product to be visible or hidden (screenshot), as well as set it as a featured product.
By default, the ticket products will be set as ‘Hidden’. I believe you will need to set that to some visible option to make them appear there (and set it as featured). Did you already do that and they still don’t appear?

KeymasterHi Herman,
Thanks for reaching out!
I see that your Event Tickets Plus plugin is somewhat outdated. As a first I’d like to ask you to update all your calendar plugins to the latest versions and check if that solves the issue. I think it just might.
Let me know and I’d be happy to help you further if needed.

KeymasterHi M,
Sorry to hear your hitting issues with importing from Facebook. It’s being touch on a lot of people unfortunately.
If I see correctly in your account your EA has already been refunded. It should arrive to you in a couple of days. Let me know when that happens so we can close this topic.
Cheers,
Andras -
