Maintenance Release

This latest version of The Events Calendar improves the general and display settings tabs to make them easier to navigate with new headers and better organization, fixes migrations that got stuck when duplicate meta exists, plus a ton of awesome tweaks.

As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

✨ New

New features included in this release:

• Added new headers and organization for the general and display settings tabs.
• Simplified the event website block to make it more intuitive for users.
• Added the ability to filter v2 repository arguments on all view queries.
• Added sample Pro views in the display section.

✅ Fixed

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

• Fixed stuck migrations when duplicate meta exists.
• Fixed scenarios where fatal Call to a member function get() on null in... the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Query.php(46) would occur when $wp_query global was not set.
• Updated to avoid issues when trying to import some .ics format files with Event Aggregator.
• Added filters:

  • tec_events_display_settings_tab_fields
  • tribe_general_settings_tab_fields
