Refund Policy

At The Events Calendar, we want to make sure you have the best possible experience with our product. 

We offer an automatic license renewal option to ensure you can access the latest features, bug fixes, add-on updates, and product support without interruption. 

However, we understand that an auto-renewal may only be suitable for some. Renewal reminders are sent 14 days prior to the subscription renewal date. You have the option to disable this feature at any time from the License Details section in your Account Portal.

Please note canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. Your license will remain active until its expiration date.

However, if you decide within 30 days of purchase that The Events Calendar does not meet your needs, we’re here to help.  

We make every effort through our Demos, Documentation, and Guides pages to take you through our product as much as possible. If you are having any issues whatsoever with your purchase, we ask that you first submit a support request to clarify any issues or questions you have. After all, access to our highly skilled and quick-responding team is part of what you paid for!
