ParticipantHi Nico,
I have already updated all the plugins on the site but the issue still remains the same. I have also checked on your demo site and it’s looks like issue still not resolved.
Thanks,

ParticipantBtw, we understand that Modern Tribe is not responsible for problems with customised sites after changes. Hopefully it will all not be such a big problem, after the above issue has been tackled. We experienced the same one with WooTickets 2 years ago and would like to refer to an earlier support thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/product-page-missing-with-wootickets-problem-with-other-plugin/. Maybe this will help in enforcing a redirect to the product page. Thanks a lot in advance.

ParticipantHi Geoff B,
I have noticed one major issue with my site after activating the ET+ and ET plugins. In WordPress Admin panel all the products URL changed. and the product URL looking like: http://xyz.com/event/event_name instead of http://xyz.com/product/product_name
Can you please suggest how can I redirect the user to product page instead of cart page?

ParticipantI didn’t even consider the practical issue that Barback is running into.
Although I’m not technical and have no idea what it would take to write that code, the solution is disappointing. Despite my lack of knowledge, I do honestly believe the current solution is sub-optimal and TEC standard unworthy. You have such a strong product and then you come up with this rather useless solution. On top of that, we had to wait a very long time for it. Had I known this solution before, I would have started my own development. Since you have much to do I can imagine that you can’t work on everything at the same time, but the fact that within 1 single week my developer came up with a tailor-made solution that provides me with exactly what I need (and others apparently), make me think you’ve not given enough thought to this issue. On my site http://www.expatclub.org I can now collect first and last names, I can order and select names, and it’s fully connected to my CRM system. Moreover, it is fully connected to BuddyPress and I can add and remove names myself from the guest list, including BuddyPress profiles. The events even show pictures now.
