ParticipantThanks Barry. Hiding the row would certainly be one solution, albeit a less desirable one for our purposes; we want to continue to show that we once had inventory of that ticket type. Instead, I’m hoping we can retain the ticket row but simply hide the text “Spaces Left: 0” once inventory is depleted since it’s redundant of the “Out of Stock!” message.

ParticipantThanks for flipping a light switch, Barry. The issue is being caused by the Visual Composer that’s bundled with my theme. The margins are perfect when I disable it for events. Thanks a million!!!
Tony
ParticipantBrilliant; that did the trick. Thanks Barry!

ParticipantThis plugin works quite well, in the meantime.

ParticipantThank you, Brook. Found it when I accessed it via cPanel. Still can’t find that file in the WP-editor.

ParticipantHi db3d…I’m wondering how this 2-column custom formatting worked out for you…and would you mind sharing the revisions you made; I’d like to try this on my site. Thanks, in advance.

ParticipantHi Barry. I was able to fix the padding with your suggestion. For the inventory, I’m not having much luck. Can you take a look at lines 101-103 and 118 (http://pastebin.com/NKXNunXi) and let me know where I’m going wrong. Thanks
Tony
ParticipantThanks for the info, Barry.

ParticipantYou need to mark tickets as both virtual and downloadable. See this previous thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/instant-payment-status/

ParticipantHi Barry,
An enhancement I’d like to see is limiting the number of ticket types that can be sold in a particular order. For example, for our events, we sell full-price adult tickets to our hearts content but we want to limit the number of reduced (child/student) tickets per order.Tony
ParticipantHi Terry, I eventually got it to work by checking both “virtual” and “downloadable” boxes. Also make sure your hosting company has port 443 open to accept incoming messages. For me, it required an upgrade to my hosting plan. Good luck.

ParticipantHey Barry, I found out that IPN transactions will only be marked as “complete” on virtual products; if it’s not a virtual product (e.g., one that requires shipment) the status will only mature to “processing” and then must be manually changed on the backend when shipment occurs. I’ve changed my tickets to virtual and shall see if that resolves correctly. Thanks

ParticipantBarry, I can help…I posted this in another string…
Another question I have is once someone purchases a ticket, is there a way to DELETE that purchaser? For example, we run some free volunteer events for which we need people to register. If someone later tells us they cannot attend, we can delete the “purchase” but it doesn’t remove their name from the attendees list. The only options there are ‘check in’ and ‘uncheck in.’
Tony
ParticipantMuch appreciated for considering these.
