MemberYou are definitely correct that if it’s happening locally, it wouldn’t be a hosting-side issue. I am indeed a bit stumped here but let me see if I can rope one of our more technical team members into this to see what they can offer. Thanks for being patient – if you’d be so kind as to leave the dev creds active for a bit, we’d greatly appreciate it!
Rob
MemberGreat! Thanks Karen.
Rob
MemberYes, we can totally link you to pre-3.0 versions of PRO. But they should be appearing under Account Central -> Downloads here on the tri.be site. Are you not seeing it there?
Rob
MemberThanks for the follow-up, Kregg – and that is totally understandable. Sorry the release wasn’t able to meet your needs and I wish you the best of luck on the project! This is definitely now on the radar for us.
Rob
MemberHey Steve! If you just use a service like https://droplr.com, which is free and web-based, it allows you to create easy share ZIP files like so: http://d.pr/f/6vNQ.
Rob
MemberHey sdbg! We can totally get you hooked into the beta, whenever that may be. If you email pro (@) tri.be with a link to this thread, we’ll get you on the list.
Rob
MemberGlad to hear that got you sorted, wpdan. Let us know if you need anything else in the future!
Rob
MemberGlad to hear that did the trick. Thanks for confirming, Eric!
Rob
MemberHey Eric. Thanks for reporting this, and apologies for your inconvenience so far. Do you possibly have Day view disabled under the Events -> Settings?
Rob
MemberHey there sherbert – thanks for reporting this. It is indeed a known issue that we’ve got a patch for in the works, and which should be released very shortly. We realize this is a pain point for a lot of users and are prioritizing it as such. Thanks for your patience as we work to get it fully tested on our end and apologies for the inconvenience it presents in the interim.
Let me know if you need anything else here.
Rob
MemberHey, thank you for this evossman! This will definitely be of value to folks as we have a number of people who are struggling to get the plugin properly integrated with certain Genesis installations. Sorry that you had to figure this out on your own without any assistance from the team, but if we can do anything else in the future please just let us know. Thanks again for posting the solution.
Rob
MemberAlright awesome! Let us know. We generally close threads after 2 weeks of inactivity, so if in two weeks time you find this thread closed…don’t be alarmed, you can create a new one and we’ll be all set. Cheers.
Rob
MemberExcellent! Thanks for the follow up here. So if I understand properly here:
* You’ll follow-up on the translation with POEdit;
* You started a separate discussion on the sidebar widget;
* And the last issue is fixed.Does that mean we’re just about set here? Do you need anything else in this ticket at the moment? Let us know if so!
Rob
MemberGlad to be of service! Thanks for using the plugin, twinparks. If you need anything else just give us a shout.
Rob
MemberHi Kevin! That’s really odd; we never saw it come through. Would you mind re-sending to me personally? Rob (@) tri.be? (You’ll want to remove the parenthesis, naturally). I’ll make sure to get you added to the list and we can definitely get you the beta.
Going to close this thread for now, though. Please let us know if we can do anything else!
