MemberHey guys. We’re aware of this issue and are working to fix it now…it’s based on some new code we introduced for 2.0.5. In the interim, if you switch to a city from the time zone dropdown (rather than a UTC offset) it should resolve the issue for your events.
We’ll get this fixed ASAP on our end and announce as much once we’re set.

MemberHey Carlos. Thanks for the note. Have you tried using something like AddToAny or a related social add-on, to see if it’d help?

MemberHey Tom. Thanks for the note here. This is an interesting idea. That plugin was designed to be pretty bare bones so I’m not sure how much we can offer up on the suggestion route, but let me see if our dev Jonah can point you in the right direction.
Rob
MemberAh, excellent to hear! Glad that you’ve got this figured out, Nicholas. It sounds like you’re all set here but let me know if you need anything else down the road and we’ll do what we can to assist.

MemberHey Myriam. You may find some materials that could be of value in the template tags php file, but what might be of more value to you could be digging into our CSV-based importer plugin. It doesn’t serve the exact purpose of what you’re going for here…but at least it could let you see how the import operates and may be of some value on that end. That’s probably the best suggestion I could offer at this point.
If you’re interested, shoot me an email (pro /a/ tri.be) and I’ll hook you up with the code. Cheers!

MemberThanks Henry!
Sean: any luck? Let us know if not and we’ll do what we can to assist.

MemberHey David. Why not shoot me an email (pro /a/ tri.be) with a link to this thread and a set of backend credentials to your site. I’ll try to diagnose what’s up from there.
Rob
MemberHey Liana. That’s odd; my guess is that it’s isolated to your install, but I’d update to 2.0.5 (which just came out today) and try that. Any luck? If it’s still problematic I can try to help you track down the culprit.
Rob
MemberHey Wayne. We can take a look here, but do you have a link? The venue details can be changed on the backend too, if you find “Events” on the admin menu and go into “Venues.” So if you wanted to change the title, etc there it could do the trick.
Let me know if I’ve misunderstood the issue here and I can elaborate accordingly.
Rob
MemberHi Catherine. Thanks for this; not sure how to approach it myself, but let me see if Jonah can share any thoughts.

MemberHey there David. Thanks for posting this – while I’ve been trying under a number of scenarios to recreate this and been unsuccessful, I’m wondering if this previous discussion we had with another user could be of value: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/list-view-does-not-work-when-calendar-widget-is-used/. It sounds like the same issue if I’m understanding yours correctly, no? Let me know if that doesn’t yield anything.
Rob
MemberHey Olafur, how did you figure this out? Another user is experiencing the same issue and we’re unable to recreate it on our end.

MemberAwesome! Thanks Hector. Shoot an email to pro /a/ tri.be and we’ll hook you up with the details and code for testing.

MemberHey Christina. Thanks for the note here. You aren’t blind 🙂 We haven’t added anything along those lines, except what we publish when there is a new release to accompany it. But there has been an increased request for it so we will be adding something along those lines once we get the weight of these add-ons out the door and off our backs.
If you want to send me an email (pro /a/ tri.be) I can shoot you a screenshot of what the 2.1 load is looking like. It’s very rough and won’t all make sense but it can at least point you towards what’s in store.

MemberThanks for the words, Craig. Glad to hear you’re enjoying the plugin. The first thing I’d suggest is that you check out our Documentation page, to see if any of the stuff we’ve tracked there can point you in the right direction. It’s available at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation.
We will eventually be adding an officially supported “Week View” (to serve as a middle ground between the single day & month view) but that won’t be until the 2.1 lifecycle.
On the start time: I suspect the template tag documentation may point you in the right direction here, but if not check out what WordPress’ codex notes about date/time formatting (http://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time).
Let me know if that helps. Thanks again for your support.
