MemberHey Henry. Thanks for the follow-up here. This is definitely an interesting issue; resolving it is probably outside my and Jonah’s areas of expertise but I’ve asked our lead dev on the project to take a look and see what he can offer up. Apologies for the inconvenience in the interim and thanks for being patient so far.

MemberHi Fabien. Thanks for the note, and sorry for the delayed response…I’m half of the team that monitors this forum and I’ve been on vacation. Based on your last note, it sounds like this is almost certainly some sort of conflict with the translation plugin you’re using…
Rob
MemberHi there Anthony. I’ve been away on vacation and apologize for the delayed response as a result on my end. Where do you see the setting to exclude this event from the widget? I’m not seeing that on my end anywhere…
Rob
MemberHey Simon: sorry that this thread has slipped through the cracks until now. Are you still having issues here or did you get this figured out? Let us know and we’ll follow-up as needed.
Rob
MemberThanks Jonah! Patti, if we can do anything else down the road, just holler.

MemberJZ: are you still having issues here? I see in Jonah’s last note it looked like you were all set…
Rob
MemberHey Kindra. Thanks for the follow-up here. We can definitely take a look at this for you and I apologize for the delay in responding. If this issue persists would you mind dropping the code you’re using into a pastie.org link (or something similar) so we can see it that way? As it stands there isn’t a very good method for sharing code in the forums beyond that…
Thanks in advance!
Rob
MemberThanks Jonah! Glad to hear you’re all set, Karen. Let us know if we can do anything else.
Rob
MemberHi James. Thanks for the follow-up, and apologies for the delayed response on this. Have you changed the language in your wp-config file as well? Are you possibly running any language-related plugins like qTranslate or anything else? Let me know and we’ll try to help you out. Thanks for being patient so far.
Rob
MemberAwesome to hear you’re all set here, AJ. Thanks – Jen and Christina – for the assist!
Rob
MemberHi Julie! We are aware of this issue and should have it fixed for the next .dot release. Thanks for the heads up and apologies for the inconvenience in the interim.
Rob
MemberHi Jen. Apologies for the delayed response here, I’m not sure how this one slipped through the cracks but I apologize. Are you still having this issue? If you needed to re-download PRO you could always go to Account Central -> Downloads here on the tri.be site and get a fresh version there…
Let me know if you need anything else from me on this and I’ll get it to you. Thanks for being patient so far.
Rob
MemberGlad to hear it, Timothy. Haven’t heard back from Melody so I assume she’s all set too. I’m going to mark Jen’s response as the answer accordingly.
Thanks again Jen!
Rob
MemberHi there Kylie. So sorry that I never responded here, been out on vacation and missed this during my first pass back. Are you still in need of this or are you all set? If you are still interested shoot an email to pro /a/ tri.be and we can hook it up.
