I did not add the CSS but did update EC and ECP to 4.4.4 today — but the Photo View display issue is still there. Should I try adding the CSS you suggested in addition to updating?
rappnewsParticipantSame thing is happening to one of our sites that uses the Photo view after the update to 4.4.3. List view works fine. Also seeing these error messages (debug is turned on) whenever there’s a page request — any page, not necessarily an events page:

Would love to see any CSS fix that fixes this.
Cheers,
RogerrappnewsParticipantHi Cliff,
Two things:
First, I keep getting a notice at the top of admin pages that our ECP license is wrong or missing. I have now re-pasted the (not wrong, not missing) license key three times over the last week, and the notice message keeps returning a day or two later. I don’t know if this is related, but . . .
Second, here’s what appears immediately in Chrome’s console when I type into the Location field (hope I am pasting this in correctly):

Seems like a jquery conflict, or maybe a missing reference? I’m not a great wiz at such things, but your thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks,
RogerrappnewsParticipantWhere do we find the ical URL for the main site. Pro and ical import are active on the mail and the “publish to” sites
rappnewsParticipantJosh have you finished your research on this? Will the plugin work for our stated needs? Thanks!
rappnewsParticipantthanks, let me know if you verify it will work for our stated needs and I will purchase it today.
rappnewsParticipantThis looks good. So once set up, the calendar admin will be able to manage the calendar from one site, and will not have to login to the other sites to publish the items. As I understand it, the calendar on site #2 and #3 will autopublish based on the ical feed, and we can set up feed for specific categories or keywords?
rappnewsParticipantYou’re right — the App ID and Secret had changed and I didn’t realize it. Thanks for your help!
rappnewsParticipantFollow up to the question Josh asked in https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/facebook-events-importing-events-multiple-times-2/ (Can’t answer there because the thread has been closed.)
The issue persists with imports occurring twice daily.
rappnewsParticipantI’m replying to this post: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/facebook-events-importing-events-multiple-times-2/#post-768004
I’m replying here because it’s the same issue and that thread is closed.
We would be happy to provide a database dump. I don’t believe that the issue has recurred since we switched away from hourly imports (checking on that…), but we have 120 duplicate events saved in the Trash.
We’d also be happy to add the debugging code.
We are importing third-party events from multiple third parties.
One other interesting quirk: some of the imported events are assigned an author unrelated to the event.
rappnewsParticipantYes, we’re on 3.7 for all three of our Tribe plugins (The Events Calendar, The Events Calendar Pro, and The Events Calendar:Facebook Events). We were hoping that the issue might go away with the upgrade to 3.7, but it hasn’t.
I have changed the frequency to twice daily and we’ll monitor to see if it continues to occur.
I’m not sure if it’s relevant, but this is a multi-site installation.
rappnewsParticipantForgot to ask: how do I specify, in the the_widget code, which venue to show the listings for?
rappnewsParticipantIf I set up a map from listings to venues, can I use this approach: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/are-there-shortcodes-in-events-calendar-pro/#post-58334 to show the featured venue widget? If so, would the code be the_widget(‘TribeVenueWidget’)?
rappnewsParticipantThanks for the reply. It’s still there, even with Twenty Thirteen activated. Here’s a screenshot of Firefox’s “Inspect Element” screen under Twenty Thirteen: http://i.imgur.com/2jRUBGO.jpg
rappnewsParticipantArgh. < code >
