    Our Facebook events importer, which had been working fine, has stopped working. We have events set to import twice daily, but I don’t believe they’re being imported at all. When I try to import them manually, the section of the import form that should show the users is missing, and if I put in individual event IDs I get a message that it couldn’t be imported.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the issues.

    We do not have a debug mode for the Facebook Events.

    The errors that show up in the Importer usually give a good idea of what is happening and if not you can always ask as you are doing now.

    I tried the event you linked and it worked for me.

    I tried as well with this username: theatreatlittlewashington

    That again worked.

    Can you recheck your Facebook APP ID and Secret and verify they are correct.

    If they are and you still cannot import events we can try our troubleshooting steps to see if we can find a conflict.

    Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.

    You’re right — the App ID and Secret had changed and I didn’t realize it. Thanks for your help!
