Hi Brian
Troubleshooting below executed.
Step 1) Switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme.
Step 2) Disable all plugins except Tribe Events plugins.
Step 3) Clear your browser cache, and retest.
ALL ABOVE = DONEStep 1) Switch back to your original theme, retest.
Step 2) Re-enable your plugins one at a time, retest between each.
ALL ABOVE = DONETheme Override: NONE
JavaScript Error: NONE — BLANK CHROME CONSOLE WINDOW/INSPECTOR
Out-of-date Plugins/Theme/WordPress: ALL CURRENT AND UP-TO-DATE —INCLUDING WOO CANVAS FRAMEWORK
ALL ABOVE = DONEChanged the Events Template in the settings:
Events > Settings > Display TabChange this setting:
Events Template to Default Page Template
ALL ABOVE = DONEAND here’s the deal.
When we try to LINK to the calendar from the back end of WP in EVENTS > SETTINGS > HERE’S YOUR CALENDAR, that goes to a 404 pageIf you search the site for EVENTS, you get an index of OLD EVENTS and POSTS. Click on an EVENT and it will display on the front end of the site.
If you click on the link at the top of the SINGLE EVENT post, “ALL EVENTS” it goes off to 404.
Links at the bottom of a SINGLE EVENT to PREVIOUS or NEXT EVENT works and goes to the event and displays on the front end of the site.Paul PruneauParticipantThis reply is private.

July 22, 2015 at 3:01 pm in reply to: Can't upgrade ECP and the Events Calendar disappeared on front end #989135Paul PruneauParticipantMT | ECP Support,
My friends over at our host, WPEngine, were able to unwind this upgrade/plugin knot.
We’re back, EC + ECP are now compatible 3.11 versions, they’re activated and the calendar and content are displaying on the front end.I am happy. 🙂
Onward to launch.PP
Paul PruneauParticipantHi Nico,
Many thanks for the reply and especially for getting ECP up and running again.
While this is all good, I have questions.
Why was ECP not installed or working for me when:• I went to the MT/EC site, was logged into my account and downloaded the LATEST version of both EC and ECP
• I went to the back end of WP, deactivated both EC + ECP, deleted them from the plugin directory in WP, and then reinstalled and reactivated the 3.10.0 version of both EC + ECP
It sounds like that’s what you did and then set the default to LIST VIEW on the Calendar Index page.
This is all very mysterious and weird.
I would like to avoid this kind of snafu going forward with live sites using ECP and future sites too. Your insights are appreciated. Thanks again for your patience and persistence on getting this resolved.
We are back into development mode and hope to share this site with our customer next week. Also, is there a ECP CSS cheat sheet on the MT/EC site?
Please provide a URL.Thanks again and have a great weekend!

You saw this, right?
Hey Paul,
We added [email protected] as a CC to this email. We tried several troubleshooting steps to try to resolve this issue but haven’t found anything definitive. To start, we went with EC support’s suggestion on creating a new WordPress site with Events Calendar/PRO 3.10, the /events/ page worked fine.
http://mbpwpe0624.wpengine.com/events/We’re working with the staging site so that we can make changes without affecting your main site:
http://missionbaypark.staging.wpengine.com/events/We also tried several steps in the Fixing 404 errors document:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/That includes ‘flushing permalinks’, disabling the theme and plugins, and adding the snippets of code to the theme’s functions.php. Here’s the output for the Tribe Query Debug:
http://missionbaypark.staging.wpengine.com/events/?tribe_query_debug=trueEnabling Debug Mode didn’t provide any additional information to the server’s error_log.
Perhaps we need to try removing all of the files for the Events Calendar plugin and re-adding them? If re-installing the plugin doesn’t help, then unfortunately, this issue falls beyond the scope of our support and strongly recommend obtaining additional support from EC Support.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

This is the latest from WPE:
Hey Paul,
Thank you for contacting WP Engine. I’ve been using the staging area of missionbaypark to make a few test changes without impacting the live site since there wasn’t a staging area already created.
I’ve tried reverting both the the-events-calendar, and events-calendar-pro plugins back to version 3.9.3 from 3.10 which unfortunately didn’t make any change with the error we’re seeing.
I’ve also made a few changes to the sites permalink settings, the theme, and have compared the .htaccess, and wp-config.php files to previous dates which both seem to match up, but unfortunately nothing has corrected the 404 we’re seeing.
I’m moving this ticket over to our senior techs to look more into this issue, and we’ll update this ticket with more information as soon as possible.
Please let us know if you have any questions, or concerns in the meantime!
Kindly,

Paul PruneauParticipantNico,
I’ve spent a significant time on trying to resolve this issue with MT and now WPEngine.
I need to connect you and WPEngine in THEIR support ticket string.
In order to do that, I need an email address from you to add you to the string. Please provide one ASAP so that we can get MT, WPE and I all communicating about how to get my paid license versions of EC + ECP working on this development site.
Your assistance is appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you soon.PP
