    Hope all is well.

    We are in process of building out a new site at this URL:
    http://missionbaypark.wpengine.com/

    And we are using the ModernTribe EC + ECP plugins in this site.

    Both plugins are activated with a current developer license key.

    The WordPress backend is indicating the ECP plugin needs an upgrade to 3.11.
    I have tried to updated this from the WP top NAV and the upgrade failed.(See attached)
    I have tried to update this plugin from the WP plugin index and the upgrade indicated that it worked but is still displaying 3.10. (See attached)
    I have attempted to DEACTIVATE the ECP plugin from the WP plugin index. It won’t allow me to do this.

    Even better, the CALENDAR has disappeared on the front end of the site.
    This is very messed up.
    We are planning on a site launch early next week and the client can’t proof the calendar.

    Can you please advise on how to resolve this ASAP?
    This is the 2nd major breakdown of ECP on a simple upgrade in WP during this site build.
    What’s the deal?
    In our experience, this is not like MT or ECP to get this snarled.
    We love ECP and rely on it exclusively.

    MT | ECP Support,

    My friends over at our host, WPEngine, were able to unwind this upgrade/plugin knot.
    We’re back, EC + ECP are now compatible 3.11 versions, they’re activated and the calendar and content are displaying on the front end.

    I am happy. 🙂
    Onward to launch.
