Aaaand one more question, Are single events viewable?
Nico
MemberHi Cathryn,
Thanks for following up! Really sorry to hear this is still an issue and I’m also sorry for the delay in my reply we generally give at least one reply every 24hrs, but after the release the activity in the forums was a bit higher than normal and we are still catching up with some folks.
As you say this doesn’t seem to be a 404 as the page title is showing up correctly, I couldn’t check this in your live site but I’ve got another report from a user with an issue with pretty similar symptoms. Let’s try the following:
- Go to WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Enable event views, in there leave just List checked.
- In the default view List should be automatically selected.
- Save Changes
- Re-test
- If it works re-enable all event views
If this still doesn’t work please try going to WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks and choose default/ugly permalinks and re-test.
Please let me know about, sorry I cannot still give a definitive solution but I’m not able to reproduce this issue locally to see how to fix it.
Have a great weekend,

MemberHi Coren,
Thanks for reaching out! Glad to help you out on this as well…
The export of the attendees data comes out in CSV format so you shouldn’t have any troubles importing it to excel. If you ant to test-drive the plugins and how they integrate with your actual tools, just go ahead and purchase it. You’ll have 30 days to test it and if you feel it isn’t the right plugin for your project you can ask for a full refund (always within 30 days of purchase). I guess this is the only way to be 100% sure if it will work for you or not.
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberHi there folks,
Sorry for not being aware of this before, but I’ve double checked and indeed you are right – my bad. This functionality has been release just for sites using WooCommerce for now. We have a feature ticket to add this to EDD as well, we are trying to push this to the next release 4.2! Please note that the schedule might change but our plan is to include it soon.
Thanks @barback for jumping in!
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with, and once again sorry for the confusion,
Have a great weekend,

MemberMargaret,
Sorry for the delay in my reply, activity in the forums was a bit higher tan usual due to the recent 4.1 release.
Really strange that you are not seeing that tab in your site Events Settings, this is how it show: https://cloudup.com/cmPPibcvq2g – As you point out this might be the cause (or at least related to) of the tickets form issue.
Can you try to upgrade the plugins to the latest version (4.1 for the premium plugins & 4.1.0.1 for The Events Calendar core)? If you can do this in a staging / test site even better. Also, have you tried to re-import any of the events that’s not working?
Regarding the EventBrite tickets configurations, everything seems to be ok on that side,
Hope we can nail the issue here soon,
Have a great weekend,
NicoNico
MemberHey Dan,
Thanks for following-up and for sending over the system info! My bad to not double test locally 🙁 This is the way it shows now by default! I’ve seen you used the snippet I handed to another customer to get rid of the list of attendees. Do you need more help to get this as you need?
Thanks and sorry for the confusion,
Best,

MemberHey Coren,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our products 🙂
We hold events where people pay a deposit or full price and if they pay a deposit can later pay the balance. Can we do this using your product?
Our plugin Event Tickets Plus generates the tickets for the events, but cart and checkout (payment) is managed by an e-commerce platform: WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP-Ecommerce or Shopp.
Also, if a customer registers with our Woo site, will their info auto populate when they purchase a ticket?
Again, this is not something we manage but Woo (in this case) does, so I guess the answer is yes!
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

MemberHi there Marna,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products 🙂
1. Delegate need to pay for the event through a paygate. They can also enter a promo code which makes the event free.
Sure, this is possible with Event Tickets + Event Tickets Plus which allows the payment to be managed by WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP-Ecommerce or Shopp. They also enable the use of coupons!
2. After payment, they must get an invite which will put it in their calendar on acceptance.
After the order is confirmed in the backend tickets are sent to the user email. There’s no invite link or ics attachment, but I guess you can customize tickets email to inlcude a link to the single event ‘add to calendar’ link. So let’s this is possible with some custom code.

MemberHi Arvid,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our products 🙂
Unfortunately that’s not possible in our plugin. We do not have any ‘Booking’ functions right now, and it’s not something that we have in the near future roadmap as well.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

MemberHey there Ian,
Thanks fro reaching out to us and for your interest in our products!
Could you please tell me if your tickets system works with this woocommerce plugin: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-deposits/
I’m not familiarized with the plugin but I’ve searched for past threads about it. I’ve found a user reporting this doesn’t work and others asking but not following up with a confirmation if it worked for them or not. My guess it won’t work out of the box but can be integrated/tweaked with a bit of work. Unfortunately we do not support customizations like this one.
Our plugin has a 30 days refund policy (and I think Woo has too) so you can go ahead and purchase our plugin to test this. If you are not happy with the result and feel this a deal breaker for you, then you can get your money back!
We also have an article on this you might want to checkout: Compatibility with WooCommerce Extensions.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

MemberHi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products! I’ll help you clearing those doubts…
Is it possible to post an event to a Facebook page, the same way a blog post gets posted on Facebook with the Jetpack plugin?
This functionality doesn’t come packed with our plugin, but could be done with JetPack (we have a bug in our integration with JetPack which is being worked out), or other third-party plugin that takes cares of this.
Do I need to buy the PRO version to be able to add the community plugin, or can I use the free version and only buy the community plugin?
No, PRO is not necessary at all to run Community Events 🙂

MemberHey folks,
Thanks for following up!
So how does this work with reoccurring events? Is a new product created for each instance of the event?
This is still not possible with our products, but it’s under development for next release of the product (coming out around May). This a feature we really look into having and we know the community does as well. Please note that we are just starting with next release development, that means the dates and features in it might suffer modifications.
I want to set a maximum attendee list for each week – so if they sell out one week people can still buy tickets for a different week. Also it would be really handy to have an advace list of attendees for each week.
Not sure if this workflow will be possible with ‘Recurring event tickets’, but sounds like it will be somehow possible.
Does this plugin send any type of confirmation email w/ ticket to the customer after they register for the event?
Yes, it sends an email containing ‘the tickets’ 🙂
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this,
Have a great weekend,
NicoNico

MemberHi there,
Thanks for the patience!
We have released version 4.1.0.1 to address the general update & German language issues. We have corrected the glitch with the premium plugin folder names as well, so you can go ahead and re-download and re-install the plugins. You’ll find The Events Calendar update here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ and you can download the premium plugins from My Account > Downloads. Here you can find the details of manually updating the plugins.
One more thing, if you are seeing 404s on the calendar URL after the update please re-save permalinks (WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes) and also re-save event general settings (WP-Admin > Events > Settings > General > Save Changes). That should solve the issues if any.
Please let me know if this fix works for you,
Best,
