MemberHey Jeremy,
Unfortunately we cannot log into client sites 🙁
First, I’d recommend downgrading the plugins to the last version in which your site was working as expected. This should get your site back to normal function and hopefully gives us some space to work on the issue without affecting your site visitors.
Once is done, we can test what’s going on in a staging / development site. As suggested we should start by the Testing for conflicts guide and also by looking into your system information (please make sure to mark your reply as private when sharing this info).
Please let me know if this is possible,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberThanks for following up Jo! Stocked to hear the original issue is fixed 🙂
Your new report sounds scaring! Unfortunately as you say there’s not much we can do unless you can isolate the issue and get more info about it.
(except deleting all of the automatically generated exception dates and adding today’s date as the new start date)
Can you give me more details about the above please?
Have you updated the plugins recently? Where the rules in this event created with an older version of the plugins? Only thing I can think of is an issue while ‘migrating / updating’ the recurrence rules of the event. It’s just a guess based on what you say, not a know bug right now.
Anyway let me know if you are interested in looking into this a bit more,
Best,
NicoNico

MemberHi there Steve,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
Reviewing your site information it looks like you are not using SSL on the site, is that correct? The JS issues that the hotfix address are related to the combination of SSL and non-SSL URLs in the WordPress configuration. I think this might be a different problem.
To start off troubleshooting, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Please let me know about the test results,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi there Leif,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for the heads-up on the resolution of the issue 🙂
What you did is correct, the custom code should live in the theme (or child theme) functions file or in a customizations plugin for the site (more information here).
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.
Best,
NicoNico
