Hello!
I have tried a serious of troubleshooting tools and I am still unable to get the images to reappear on the mobile view of the Events Calendar.
I am not sure if the Image SRC is set after the new update?
A quick response would be awesome because I have been working on this all day and unfortunately it is causing customers to call in and complain they cannot see the images.
Thank you so much in advance!
February 27, 2017 at 7:30 pm #1246609CliffMemberHi, Brittany.
I visited your homepage but didn’t see anything that looked like your screenshot. Please provide a link to a page that has that Mini Calendar widget on it so I can better understand the issue and dig into it.
Thank you.

Thanks for your response!
On the mobile version of the monthly calendar, the images are missing from the details view directly below the mini-calendar widget.
Please see the link https://artcellarwellington.com/events/
Thanks!
February 27, 2017 at 9:30 pm #1246681CliffMemberThanks, Brittany.
I was able to replicate this behavior for the mobile view of the Month View (not actually the Mini Calendar widget).
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
March 7, 2017 at 1:48 pm #1250747BrittanyParticipantHello!
I also tried to set the calendar view for the mobile version to “list” until the Month View is fixed, but it is not taking effect. The month view remains the default.
Any ideas?
Thank you for your help!
March 7, 2017 at 2:55 pm #1250792CliffMemberOne my local testing site, at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display, I have Default view set to Mobile and Default mobile view set to List and when my browser is narrow and I refresh the page, then it does load the List view.
If this isn’t working for you like this, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
