I am having a critical issue with the datetimepicker.js file that is used with this plugin. There are 2 instances running ( 1 on the live site and the 2nd one on a staging site ). Our developers are coding a custom theme for us on the staging environment. The plugin is running perfectly on the live site but not on the staging one. We have checked the jQuery versions , bootstrap version and nothing seems to be missing. The calendar page shows the following error
Uncaught TypeError: x.bootstrapDatepicker is not a function at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (tribe-events-ajax-calendar.min.js?ver=4.4.5:1) at j (jquery-1.11.3.min.js:3) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery-1.11.3.min.js:3) at Function.ready (jquery-1.11.3.min.js:3) at HTMLDocument.J (jquery-1.11.3.min.js:3) (anonymous) @ tribe-events-ajax-calendar.min.js?ver=4.4.5:1 j @ jquery-1.11.3.min.js:3 fireWith @ jquery-1.11.3.min.js:3 ready @ jquery-1.11.3.min.js:3 J @ jquery-1.11.3.min.js:3 17:05:06.685 util.js:222 Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys JB.j @ util.js:222 (anonymous) @ js?ver=0ebefbc7b401776b67510d492733c72f:134 (anonymous) @ js?ver=0ebefbc7b401776b67510d492733c72f:53 (anonymous) @ js?ver=0ebefbc7b401776b67510d492733c72f:50 (anonymous) @ js?ver=0ebefbc7b401776b67510d492733c72f:53 (anonymous) @ js?ver=0ebefbc7b401776b67510d492733c72f:105 (anonymous) @ js?ver=0ebefbc7b401776b67510d492733c72f:50 (anonymous) @ js?ver=0ebefbc7b401776b67510d492733c72f:105 Sc @ js?ver=0ebefbc7b401776b67510d492733c72f:52 Rc.jb @ js?ver=0ebefbc7b401776b67510d492733c72f:105 (anonymous) @ stats.js:1
You can check it out at http://www.arkmagazine.dreamhosters.com/events/ . Due to this the whole calendar wont load properly.
Kindly help me resolve this issue.
Thanks!

Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Also, you might want to update the plugins to the latest version. Not sure it will solve the issue but will surely put us in the same page.
Please let me know about it,
Best,

I keep on getting errors in my console. The tooltips aren’t working now. Is there no way for your developers to take a look into the site ? This forum thread is too slow and inefficient way.
August 22, 2017 at 1:55 pm #1338760NicoMemberHey Jeremy,
Unfortunately we cannot log into client sites 🙁
First, I’d recommend downgrading the plugins to the last version in which your site was working as expected. This should get your site back to normal function and hopefully gives us some space to work on the issue without affecting your site visitors.
Once is done, we can test what’s going on in a staging / development site. As suggested we should start by the Testing for conflicts guide and also by looking into your system information (please make sure to mark your reply as private when sharing this info).
Please let me know if this is possible,
Best,

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
