DirkParticipantHi guys,
I’m actually hoping that the new release with this option: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/woocommerce-specific-ticket-settings/ might actually fix it.
We decided to only start attendee records once the sales are finalized, maybe it works!
Cheers,
DirkParticipantHi,
Thank you for the quick fix, it worked. There’s still a random comma behind the city but that’s only aesthetics. (As can be seen in the link above)

DirkParticipantHi,
Good to hear it’s picked up and that in the future it will not change once it’s set.
Thanks!

DirkParticipantHi guys,
We’re suffering from a similar problem and can confirm this problem. Do you also see the differences between the ‘sales’ page and the ‘attendees’ page?

DirkDirkParticipantHi guys,
Just stumbled across this thread and happy to finally get some clarity about the PDF development.
It’s by far the most requested feature by organizers and even more by customers, but now we know that we can disappoint them ;).We’ll also install the suggested extension but it does only effect customers with an account right?
Cheers,
DirkDirkParticipantHi Brook,
Thank you for the quick reply.
Like you said; it makes sense that admins would want to check and audit events before they’re featured, no matter what the motivation would be. However, once it’s featured you don’t want it drop from that list every time when a community editor changes something like a spelling error, or changes the amount of available tickets, or etc. etc. etc, usually small changes. (Sometimes they don’t even change anything, but save it ‘just to be sure’, before exiting.)
I understand that admins would also like to know if the post is still ‘featured worthy’ after an edit and in that case I think enabling the ‘draft’ options would be great.
So to sum up: I think it’s better when once featured, they will be kept featured unless you use the draft-before-publish option.
Thank you,

Thank you for looking into it. Something similar but with a less clear issue statement was talked about in this post:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/total-revenue-not-taking-refunds-in-account/Looking forward to your test results!

DirkParticipantHi George,
Thanks you for the snippet. Especially since it’s a plugin modification! It seems to work and really helps our organizers.
Cheers!
