    Hi Nico,

    It’s definitely progress! Only with two major concerns:

    1. Other users with the same user rights level also get the ‘succes’ page. So owners of different events could check-in guests for events they are not the owner of.

    2. Scanning the QR-code consecutive times results continuous ‘succes’ page. This means you can enter the event multipel times with the same ticket.

    Any ideas for this?

    Hi Victor,

    No further questions, just waiting for a fix.

    BTW, even when logged in it just redirects to the home-page url atm…
    DK PDF is installed and activated and the checkbox in Events settings is also check for using PDF. The urls of printen PDF are appearing in the ticket, but even logged in there’s nothing happening.

    Hi Joe,

    Totally agree, the idea was okay but the creation of the PDF solution brought more problems that solutions. We disabled it since it exploded the customer service e-mails.

    Looking forward for a solution as well, perhaps and hopefully June 1st with the new updates.

    Thanks for that! Inserting the a URL the way we did it didn’t work at all… ๐Ÿ˜›

    Looking forward to an easier way to implement it. We’ll run some more simulations on our testwebsite but might wait to go live with it until the future update.

    Hi guys,

    Might be an open book but we had a dashboard crash as well when we put the snippet in the functions.php.
    Realized a couple seconds later that I forgot to remove the <?php part of the snippet.

    However, after removing that and turning on one plugin at the time I noticed that the conflict arised when turning on the Tribe Extension: Event Tickets Plus Extension: Show and Print Tickets.

    Not sure if it is related, but worth to check out I guess.

    We’re testing the function of the snippet at the moment, more on that later.

    2. When I don’t override, it works. It stopped working when I made a override ticket in the email.php which added a .jpg to the ticket. Maybe it’s caused by the picture?

    Hi guys,

    We’ve been having exactly the same problems. We had to disable QR codes (which is a awesome feature) simply because we use community tickets and don’t want all the organizers to enter the wordpress backend.

    Al lot of the replies were private, but I’m very interested if there is a solution!

    Hi George,

    Thank you for fully looking into this. We’ve reported this many times but never so detailed, thought it was time for that! ๐Ÿ™‚

    I noticed the inconsistencies and was working around them. However, all the community members selling tickets were also very confused by this and took us a lot of explaining that they actually earned less than they thought at first. Glad to hear that you’re looking into it and make it less confusing!

    About the bug, good you’re looking into it and can’t wait till the fix!

    So it’s not caused by running outdated plugins,

    Hi guys,

    Unfortunately it did not work (as can be seen in the attached screenshots)

    We made 3 test sales:
    First sale: 4 tickets bought with iDEAL (direct bank-to-bank transfer, can be compared to creditcard)
    Second sale: 1 ticket bought with direct banktransfer (sale still pending, because the money is not transferred yet.)
    Third sale: A sale where the option iDEAL was chosen, but the payment was not finished so the order was automatically canceled
    We enabled global stock and set it on 20 tickets available

    Options chosen from the โ€˜newโ€™ attendee handling part:
    When should attendee records be generated? โ€œCompletedโ€
    When should tickets be emailed to customers? โ€œCompleteโ€

    So we assumed that the order screen and attendee screen should only show the 4 tickets sold and not the rest (1 pending and 1 canceled before they were completed)

    As can be seen in the screenshots itโ€™s not working correctly. The red squares are the parts that are funky. IMPORTANT SIDE DISCOVERY: Global stock is not reducing as can be seen!!!
