ParticipantSuw,
Quick question. In the Google Maps API console, do you have Application Restrictions set? More specifically restricted to your domain name or names.
If so, set the Application Restrictions to NONE, save your changes and wait a few minutes then re-test your site. See attached image for Google Maps API Settings.
Hope this helps.
August 9, 2018 at 9:32 pm in reply to: Fatal error when submitting page using tribe_events shortcode in 4.4.30 #1594442Mathew
ParticipantHello,
This error was addressed in an update today. Please update the Events Calendar Pro to version 4.4.30.1.
The update should appear in the automatic updates in your WordPress Admin.
If it does not show up, you can download it from your account and install it manually.
Hope this helps.

ParticipantAs a test, set the Application Restrictions to None in the Google API Console. Wait a few minutes and re-test the single events.
If the map loads, then it’s your wildcard syntax.
I would input it exactly as illustrated in the empty field, using https such as https://scgardens.com/* and re-test.
Hope this helps.

August 7, 2018 at 10:41 am in reply to: Is it possible to use the Divi builder on the individual event listings? #1592253Mathew
ParticipantNatalie,
The ability to use the Divi Builder on Custom Post Types (CPT’s), including The Events Calendar, was recently added in version 3.10 of Divi.
It looks like you are using 3.10.2, so you should be able to enable it in the Divi Theme Options. See attached.
Hope this helps.

ParticipantThe timezone offset is set to +00:00 at the QC location and -05:00 at the New Berlin location. You can see this by running events from both locations through Google SDTT.
Check your timezone settings in WordPress on the QC site.
Hope this helps.

ParticipantVince,
The “Week Starts On” is set in WordPress, not the Events Calendar. See attached.
Hope this helps.

ParticipantRafal,
Good news. Avada released a hotfix (416555) that addresses this issue. It should appear in the Avada Fusion Patcher.
Hope this helps.

ParticipantMarcus,
It looks like you are using Events Manager. This is the support forum for The Events Calendar. They are not the same product.
You will need to consult with the Events Manager support regarding your issue.
Best of luck.

ParticipantRafal,
The issue you are experiencing is related to a recent change Avada made in version 5.6.x.
Avada has taken control over the calendars page title. They added a setting in Avada that allows you to move the title above or below the general filter bar. Not the Filter Bar the add-on plugin, but the “Events In, Search, Near” filter bar in the general calendar.
In adding this new “feature” they, Avada, broke the layout when the Filter Bar (the TEC add-on plugin) is enabled and set to “Vertical” in the filter layout.
There are several workarounds.
1 – Disable the page title using the settings in Avada (See attached imaged on where setting exists).
2 – Set the TEC Filter Bar to “Horizontal”.
3 – Revert back to Avada 5.5.2. Issue is not present in this version.
The first solution is the best for right now, since Avada has it’s own title bar. There’s really no need to have two page titles.
Please understand that this issue is due to a change that Avada made, and not that of The Events Calendar.
With that, you may want to reach out to Avada support team and let them know of the issue. The more people that contact them, the more urgency they will place on fixing the issue.
Hope this helps.

ParticipantRobert,
Using the exact code you pasted in your first post produces the same error in my testing.
It looks like it’s a curly quotes issue. This can happen with a copy and paste.
It works when the quotes are corrected.
Here’s what they should look like.
[tribe_formatted_event_date id=7681 format="F j, Y" timezone="America/New_York"]
Ensure that all your quotes are straight. Using the keyboard to create the quotes and turning off the visual editor in WP will help in some cases.
Hope this helps.

ParticipantConfirmed resolved in 4.4.29.2.
