ParticipantI am using the tribe_events shortcode on several pages on a site that I am developing. That has been working great until today. Since upgrading today to 4.4.30, I get a Fatal PHP error whenever I try to update a page that contains a shortcode like this:
[tribe_events view=”month” tribe-bar=”true”]
The PHP error logs say:
[06-Aug-2018 07:48:17 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Tribe__Events__Pro__Recurrence__Scripts::localize(), 2 passed in /Users/billdailey/Sites/chabot/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286 and exactly 3 expected in /Users/billdailey/Sites/chabot/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Recurrence/Scripts.php:32

KeymasterHi Bill,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
On my local installation, I just tried the same shortcode with Events Calendar PRO 4.4.30, and I didn’t get that PHP error.
There might be a conflict somewhere. Could you try to deactivate all other plugins, to see if that makes a difference? Also, could you switch back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen), and try the shortcode again? Please read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Jeremy,
We are able to verify that the issue does not occur with:
2017 theme
The Events Calendar Version 4.6.21
The Events Calendar Pro Version 4.4.30If we then activate Yoast SEO Version 7.9.1 (or Yoast 7.9.0), the issue fatal error from Events Calendar Pro then occurs. It would appear there is some sort of conflict between Yoast SEO and Events Calendar Pro plugins.
Since this doesn’t occur in Events Calendar Pro 4.4.29.2 it would seem something changed?
Bill
