MemberHi dario,
Thanks for the note. There might be a way to disable those, but my recommendation is that you do generate the geolocation info. The message will go away and it will help your venues and maps work better. But if you’d really like to get rid of the messages without doing that, let me know and I’ll have one of the other guys take a look and see if there’s a way to do that.

MemberWe do not have any specific plans to re-add toolltips, but since so many folks have expressed disappointment about their disappearance I have ticketed it as a potential feature to add in a future build. If you’d like to encourage us, please vote for it in our UserVoice Forum.

MemberHi Jesse,
I’m sorry to hear you’re regretting the upgrade. I definitely recommend that you stick with 3.0, since as you mentioned it’s best to stay with the most current version. We also won’t be able to provide much support for 2.0.11 as we get further into the 3.x lifecycle. That being said, if you want to downgrade I can point you in the right direction.

MemberHi psasser,
Thanks for the info. I talked to our devs and they confirmed that this is a plugin-wide issue, regardless of theme. We’re working on a solution and hope to improve the behavior for our next maintenance release. So keep an eye out for the next available update. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

MemberHi Dee,
The best I can do is refund you the original purchase of PRO so you can buy WooCommerce Tickets. If you’d like to do that, please email me at pro (at) tri.be referencing this thread and include the receipt you got with the original email.
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberThanks for letting us know! I’m glad to hear it’s working nicely for you.

MemberHi Yursil,
Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve replied to your post in the PRO Forum- and since you had access to post there, I assume you did purchase one or more of our premium plugins. I’d like to continue the conversation there, since that’s where we do our premium support. If you’re still interested in a coupon, you can email me at pro (at) tri.be and I’ll see what I can do 😀
Thanks,

MemberHi RobWas66,
Thanks for getting in touch. Sounds like a cool project!
Is this possible with Event Calendar Pro and Community Events?
So the Community Events plugin does allow users to submit events. If you are also running Events Calendar PRO and the users provide correct address information, the events can be shown on a map with our PRO Map View. The Map View has each event plotted on a map and the events are listed below. If the user searches by location (city and state) then the listed events will be ordered by and listed with distance from that search criteria.
Could I do it with one version of the programs for both a event calendar and the garage sale listing?
I’m not completely sure I understand what you mean here- assuming that the users were submitted their garage sales as events, this would be a smooth process with the user submitting the event and the event then plotted on the map.
Does that answer your questions?

MemberHi Corey,
Thanks for your interest in our plugin. At this time, our recurring event feature works with one time per day. So you can have an event that occurs every day from 2-4pm, but you can’t set that same event to also occur every day from 10am-noon. For your purposes, you’d need to have a recurring event for each time. They could all have the same title, description, etc., but they show as separate events on the front end.
It might be possible to customize a solution that would lump multiple times in one event, but I’ll admit I’ve never heard of anyone doing that. And it’s not something we’d really be able to help you with. It’s a popular request though, and at some point we’d like to add it. I’d encourage you to vote for the feature on our UserVoice Forum.
I’m sorry I don’t have a more optimistic offer for you here. Let me know if I can be of any other assistance.

MemberHi Mike,
I’m not sure I completely understand your question, but I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.
First of all, Eventbrite Tickets and WooTickets are not currently integrated with our recurring events feature at this time. So if you need to make 50 tickets for a daily recurring events, you’ll need to do that for each occurrence, which might be a deal breaker for you.
With both the Eventbrite Tickets and WooTickets plugins, you create the tickets when you make the event itself. But as I said, you’d need to make the recurring event and then go in to each occurrence and add the tickets. You can also edit tickets on Eventbrite.com. All of the WooTickets stuff takes place right within WordPress.
Does that help? Let me know if I can elaborate or answer another question.

MemberRuchi – I believe I answered your questions in my email, but let me know if not.

MemberHi psasser,
Thanks for the further info. I was able to recreate the same issue. It’s getting late today, but I’m going to check in with our developers tomorrow about this behavior. I’ll update you tomorrow. Also, could you let me know what theme you’re using?
Thanks,
LeahLeah
Member@Adam, any update here? Did the latest WooCommerce update fix the issue you were seeing?
@Ashley – definitely try updating to the latest on everything and see if the issue resolves. If you are up to date on everything and the issue persists, please email the login credentials to pro (at) tri.be.@Les and Dave – I hope that the latest version of WooCommerce will help you out here, but unfortunately there is some known conflict between The Events Calendar and Genesis, so we may not be able to do much for you here.
@ Takuya – what theme are you using? And are you running the latest in WooCommerce?
Thank you all for your patience.
Leah
MemberThanks for the update psasser. I’m glad you were able to find a solution that worked for you!

MemberHI yursil,
Thanks for this report. We are looking into another issue that might be similar. Can you tell me what theme you’re using? That would help us zero in on this.
I also recommend that you follow the other thread:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/dropdowns-covering-up-other-fields/ You’re welcome to post your info there instead of here. As noted there, please double check that you are running the latest version of The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO, WooCommerce, and the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.
Thanks for your patience while we get to the bottom of things.
Best,
