ParticipantSorry just to be clear I can add more than 1 fieldset but I can only select 1 pre saved one then the box disappears and I have to add fieldset 2,3,4 etc in manually

ParticipantHi Geoff,
I implemented the code change in this thread here
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/http-error-500-when-trying-to-save-attendee-info/
and I no longer get a white screen. But it’s not storing the ticket field information all the time though. It did work first time!
I was getting a http 500 error in internet explorer and white screen in Mozilla. Maybe its coincidence I’m not sure but it isn’t white screening anymore after that code change and sounds like my issue could be linked.
The events layout issue was a strange one and most likely linked to my cache plugin but I’ve sorted that now. Strangly I added some css code provided by Avada which fixed it. Then removed the CSS and it was still working. V strange!
My site isn’t live yet and I backup everyday so happy to make change on this site
Kind Regards

ParticipantHi
Sorry I spoke to soon. It worked for one order but I’ve just tried to make another order and it didn’t work on the next order?
🙁
Any help much appreciated.

ParticipantSorry I’ve eventually figured it out was a bit easier once I’d actually found storage.php in
/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Meta/storage.php
For any others struggling just navigate to line 83 and you’ll see the code that Chris kindly has altered for us. Just make it match
Thanks Chris!
Cheers

ParticipantHi Guys
Can someone explain it a bit more step by step instructions how to wrap lines 96&97 in an IF statement. I’m sure it sounds simple but not to me!
Sorry I’m having the exact same issue and this would really help me
Thanks
KieranKieran McMutrie
ParticipantAlso I must add by using the ticket fieldset its messing up the layout of my events page. As soon as I untick the Attendee Information box everything works fine

ParticipantSorry upgraded the plugin and looks ok now! Closing the thread 🙂

ParticipantHi Geoff
Thanks for the pointer. I did indeed raise it with Avada who told me that it was outside of their support. Which is a bit disappointing but guess I can’t implement this code at the minute. Darn it. Maybe it works for others though
Kind Regards

ParticipantI suspect your running into the bug a few of us reported a few weeks ago. See here
Unfortunately the map feature isn’t working for community events created in the front end where you pick a pre existing venue. Brook – Do you have an update on this issue as my thread was closed by the autobot
Hope that helps and a fix is along soon.
Kind Regards

ParticipantHi Andras
Thanks for the help. Unfortunately upon carrying out the above the layout of my event page changed rather strangly. The event images suddenly became very large. One of the events was clickable via the price part but the rest didn’t work and the layout changed. I think mainly because the event image was so large
Plus upon hover over the ticket price on the event it worked with the colour changed to the same colour as the box so you couldn’t see the price anymore! But it did link to the event. But only on one event and I have 4 listed?
Any ideas what is going on here?
Kind Regards

ParticipantHi Josh
Whops! I’ve just noticed a setting in my Avada Theme Blog Options which was causing this. I’ve changed the setting and it’s working now. One thing though the hyperlinks dont work from the main event page but they do when I go to the single event page.
I can’t see any more settings in my theme options which would be causing this. Any idea on how to fix or is that the design of the plugin?
Kind Regards
