How do I effectively cancel someones tickets? I have 27 tickets for an event. Someone booked 4 but has now cancelled. I went into the order and cancelled it but it didn’t replenish my stock. Is there an automatic way of fixing this? Or a better way of cancelling tickets?
Never the less I rather painstakingly went through manually altering the stock back up and adjusted the global stock value back up in the events section. I then deleted the order from the “attendees” page in the event but its still showing as “4 people are attending this event” on my events page. But they are my cancellations! How do I fix this? It feels like a bug if I’m honest
We are aware of that behavior, unfortunately at the moment there is no way to automatically cancel tickets and increase stock and remove the attendees.
We already have a bug ticket for this open. I will add your thread to it to give it more emphasis and a fix should be on the way hopefully soon. Until then I kindly ask for your patience.
