    Hi

    I have multiple Ticket Fieldsets saved as default. I only seem to be able to add 1 of them to the active fields section. As soon as I select 1 it wont let me pick any other fieldsets. But I want to add more than 1!

    Is this possible? Or do I have keep re-writing the fieldsets every time I want to add more than 1?

    Hello again Kieran,

    I am super sorry to hear that. Yikes!
    Something is definitely up. Normally you should be able to add as many fields as your server’s power can handle (which is usually more than 1).

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Sorry just to be clear I can add more than 1 fieldset but I can only select 1 pre saved one then the box disappears and I have to add fieldset 2,3,4 etc in manually

    Thank you for the system information and clarifying what you meant.

    You are right, currently there is no way to add more than 1 fieldset at a time.

    But I can totally see how that would be really cool and useful.
    In fact, you can suggest it or cast your vote on other features in our User Voice forum.

    In the meantime, perhaps that could be achieved through some customization.

    Perhaps you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
