ParticipantHi joinof,
We’ve had a few users notice this and the developer team is looking at it as a potential bug. Hang tight and we’ll see what we can do for you.

ParticipantHi teamrazo,
You should be able to import iCal files into Outlook. Have you tried the ” + iCal Import Month’s Events” button at the bottom of the monthly grid? Did that not work?

ParticipantHi Bridgett,
We did make some improvements to address that in the latest release. Would you like to give it a try again and see if it’s working for you now?

ParticipantHi musikszene,
Thanks for the note. Sorry to hear Events Calendar PRO didn’t meet your needs. Could I ask that you send an email to pro (at) tri.be with a reference to this thread and ask for a refund there? They should be able to get you fixed up right away.

ParticipantHi Jay,
Given what you’ve described, I’m not sure we’re a good fit for you. We do have a list view that shows upcoming events, and of course monthly and week views as well. We don’t currently have a way to limit it by category, but we are working on developing a filter bar that could do something similar. The other views you are looking for might be possible with customization, but that’s not something we can help with.
We do have a way that users can submit events, however. That would be our Community Events add on. And to pay for events, you’d want to look at one of our ticketing options. The payment gateways are dependent on which option you choose and not something we control.
If you’d like to see our plugins in action, you can check them out at http://wpshindig.com/events/

ParticipantHi kingjacob, The plugin is currently set up to only import events, not sync. But that would be a great feature to suggest over at our Feature Ideas page (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas) to get it on our radar. I’m sure other folks would be interested in that too!

ParticipantHi skyfirestudio,
Taking a look at the time difference that appears to be happening, I’m wondering if you might have the time zone set for UTC rather than Pacific time. Can you verify what time zone is set under Settings > General > Timezone in the WordPress dashboard?

ParticipantHi Dave,
You’ll need to get an access token from Facebook to be able to import events. Our New User Primer (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/facebook-importer-new-user-primer/) has some videos and information that will walk you through that process.
Give that a try and let me know if that resolves the error.

ParticipantHi sosayweall,
That is weird. Have you tried using a UTC based timezone? So LA is what, UTC -8? Can you try that and see if it helps?

ParticipantHi reimic,
I’m glad you were able to get the import times working for you. To double check, I tried importing them here and they were working appropriately.
As far as linking to the Facebook page, that is done automatically and you can see it on the individual event pages. When I go to your site, it looks like they are working.
If I misunderstood something, please forgive me. Let me know if you need any additional help.

ParticipantHi Peter,
We don’t currently offer package deals. I hope you see enough value in each to make it worth your while.
