ParticipantHello runekjensen,
Have you seen our Themer’s Guide? (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/#customizingstyles) Depending on what you have in mind, you can just tweak the color codes or perhaps you want to consider changing the style option for the calendar in the settings.
Does that make sense?

ParticipantHello dwenaus,
We do offer a CSV importer and a Facebook events importer, but we currently do not have a way to subscribe via an RSS feed. If I’m understanding you correctly, I don’t believe our plugins can do what you’re asking at the present time. If you’d like to add your voice to our Feature Ideas page (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas) that would help us in prioritizing it.

ParticipantHello andrewghayes,
The payment gateways are under the control of WooCommerce. If you’ve got a gateway that works with them, I don’t see any reason it wouldn’t work with the WooCommerce Tickets extension.

ParticipantHello umediagroup,
This doesn’t quite look like a pre-sales question. I’m going to move it over to our PRO forum, if you don’t mind.

ParticipantHello again runekjensen,
So sorry, I misunderstood what you were trying to do. I’ve checked it out on my testing site and it’s working there. Have you tried deactivating the other plugins and reverting to the default Twenty Twelve theme? Perhaps it is a conflict that is preventing it from working properly.
Can you give that a try and let me know if it makes any difference?

ParticipantArt,
If you copy the single-event.php over to a folder in your theme as indicated, you should be able to make your edits there.
* Single Event Template
* A single event. This displays the event title, description, meta, and
* optionally, the Google map for the event.
*
* Override this template in your own theme by creating a file at [your-theme]/tribe-events/single-event.phpDoes that make sense?

ParticipantHello Dan,
If you want to start from scratch again, you could deactivate the plugin, rename the plugin folder that you’ve been working in and then reinstall a fresh copy.
Does that make sense? Will this work?

ParticipantHello Dan,
Short answer is no. At the current time, the plugin is designed to attach a ticket to an event and pull from a single pool (e.g., 10 adult tickets, 10 child tickets). It’s not able to say there are 20 total tickets and sell whatever combination until 20 tickets are gone. However, this is a feature that has been requested and if you’d like to add your voice to our Feature Ideas page (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas) that would help us in prioritizing it.
Sorry we don’t have a solution for you at the present time.

ParticipantHello Ivan,
Short answer is no. PRO will add the feature of a recurring event, but there needs to be some pattern to the recurrence such as every Tuesday and Thursday or every 10 days. The pattern you gave as an example is not something it is currently able to do. However, this is a feature that has been requested and if you’d like to add your voice to our Feature Ideas page (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas) that would help us in prioritizing it.
Sorry we don’t have a solution for you at the present time.

ParticipantHello runekjensen,
While I can’t help you with your customizations I can point you to our Tutorials page (https://theeventscalendar.com/the-events-calendar-for-wordpress-tutorials/) and our Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/) where you should be able to find the information necessary to sort out the situation.
If you need a helping hand to point you in the right direction, feel free to ask.

ParticipantHey again itpromotion,
Can you share a link to your site and to the Facebook event that you are trying to import? I’d like to try to see if I can duplicate the problem here.

ParticipantI’m glad that worked for you. Have a great weekend!

ParticipantIf you think it’s possible that they were imported before the 3.3 release, that could be the problem. Could you delete the events and re-import them? Does that make any difference?
