ParticipantHey Riccardo,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Sure thing! For this, I would start by following our Themer’s Guide and copying the single-event.php template into your theme.
From there, I would use the categories or tags (‘tribe_events_cat’, ‘post_tag’) to differentiate between the events that you’d like to create the custom views for. You could then use the “has_term()” conditional to output or remove certain elements from the template.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Nicola,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I apologize for the inconvenience of this particular issue. I do want to set some expectations here though. We are happy to help in trying to determine exactly what may be at conflict here, however in many cases we are very limited in the support we’re able to provide for plugin conflicts such as this.
To help here, can you verify that this is the plugin that you’re referring to https://wordpress.org/plugins/telegram-for-wp/?
Also, can you give more details on the root issue here? Particularly, can you give more information around this statement “plugin doesn’t work anymore because it doesn’t publish on the Telegram channel as it did before, but it runs very well if I publish a post.”
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Michael,
No problem! Happy to help.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.

ParticipantHey Sonya,
One thing I just thought of, for this site are you using the WooCommerce Tickets plugin or are you using our new Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus plugins on this site?
Also, if you don’t mind, would you provide your system information in a private reply here?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey John,
Thanks for following up here!
Would you mind turning on WP_DEBUG and seeing if there are any particular errors that are showing up on that page and preventing everything from loading?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Pieter,
Just wanted to follow up with you here. Still working with our team to get something to help get you pointed in the right direction before the weekend.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Matt,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You could revert back to the previous way that you had it displaying in the previous thread. That does give it a little more detail than what is currently returned from the existing variable in the template there.
However, when the attendee-list.php template is called in Event Tickets Plus > src > Tribe > Attendee_List.php file within the render() function, it is passed with the full $attendees variable which utilizes the
Tribe__Tickets__Tickets::get_event_attendeesso you could potentially do something very similar as before with a little more integration with the default approaches.Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Julie,
Awesome! Glad you were able to get this one worked out!
It’s possible that the server where your site is hosted may have been experiencing a little more traffic or an larger than normal loads and causing some timeouts when trying to process those particular requests.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You should be able to accomplish this by modifying the “Author” of the event and switching it to the Coordinator that you would like to be able to manage the event.
To do this, you’ll see an “Author” box on the event edit screen with a dropdown of all the potential users that you can assign as the event author. If you don’t see this box, select the “Screen Options” tab while on the event edit screen within your dashboard and ensure that the option is selected.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Would you mind sending the screenshot for the event settings so can see the exact dates and settings selected to make sure there isn’t anything out of place there?
Also, doing a quick test for the yearly exclusion and month selection there, did you also select the final option for that exclusion where the “on the:” select boxes begin?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Dan,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can do this by adding the following line to your theme’s functions.php file
add_post_type_support( 'tribe_venue', 'author' );Let me know if this helps.

ParticipantHey Glenn,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry to hear about the confusion with your users here and I can understand why they may be making this mistake.
To clarify here, it sounds the idea you’re presenting is to have a single event date for the event and then a start and end time for the event?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey John,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
To clarify, are you unable to see the new “Events” section within your admin (https://cloudup.com/chuYr09esgJ). If not, can you verify that you have both our free version of the The Events Calendar and the Pro version installed and activated on your site?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Jacob,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I just tested on my local install but was unable to replicate the issue. However, it’s possible that there could be a bug here with the date format being used. Would you mind sending over your System information as well as a screenshot of the date settings within your Event Settings > Display tab so I can test with the same formats that you’re using.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Rhonda,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
That is definitely some odd behavior happening there, however, I just reviewed on my local install and wasn’t able to replicate the issue.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide support here in the Translations forum. If you wouldn’t mind, could you log into the account you created when purchasing the plugin and post in our Community Events forum?
Thanks!
